Come back on Friday

'There's no point fighting. I will find a way to sneak out and come back here. I've done it once, I can do it again for sure,' Stephen secretly thought while feeling the numbness of his face. he was thinking of running away again.

He took a glance at the darkness on the side of the road as their vehicle drove fast along the way.  After sending the brief chat message in their group chat, he tucked his phone inside his pocket and sighed.

Minutes passed and turned into an hour yet no one had spoken a word inside the van anymore. His father was sitting in the front seat of the van and was checking something in his laptop. It was probably the previous report file that he was reading before Stephen arrived on his place. Meanwhile, his mother was on the other side and was also typing something in her phone. Both his parents were immersed on what they were doing.

As for their bodyguards, some of the group were driving a separate cars tailing them.
