"Despite casually drawing the lines without using a ruler or other tools, Miss Sofia unexpectedly formed a straight and equally divided table. Miss, you are so talented!" the cashier exclaimed while his attention was focused on the paper that Sofia held.

Indeed, the others were also silent for a moment and felt awed after watching Sofia's hand movements. It was gentle and sophisticated as it produced refined penmanship.

"Thank you," Sofia mumbled.

What Sofia had shown them in the paper was a non-standard way of auditing their profit. If it would be in other establishments, it would require more data. Yet, she only illustrated three columns for them. 

"We will count the money in the list of customer reservations. Then, we will also count the cash that is collected in the cashier," Derek noted and looked at the cashier as if he was making sure that the man understood Sofia.
