Irene had her eyes closed as her long white hair wildly danced and fluttered about due to her aura rapidly surging and growing stronger.
Her dormant will energy became as turbulent as the high winds as it fiercely spread out of her surroundings for miles, it made the fine sand of the desert gather around her like she's the manifestation of a sand tornado itself.
Her will energy materialized as thick mist-like energy until they slowly gathered and formed into a thin yet long white robe sash as they gently draped over her body and covered her like a cocoon.
Her lithe figure was completely covered by the sash and not even a gap remained but once could still see the surface of the cocoon faintly shining with pale white light as if some changes were happening to Irene inside the cocoon.
The blonde-haired man in the air looked at Irene with anxiety but he could not even leave the attack range of the gargantuan red dragon to help her much less stop her from the dangerous thing she was doing.
The man held a tight frown on his handsome face while he was silently thinking to himself.
'This is bad, I should run away from here or Irene would do foolish things as soon as she finished her transformation.'
Irene's master was called Leo and he's known to be a peak 3rd class advancement user of the Mystic Psychic class also known as Seer. ( Author's Note: Psychic - Mystic - Seer )
The Seer class is known as the central command of a team, being able to command and oversee the overall situation of their small to mid-sized teams using their own mental network.
This class would provide their team an ability to communicate to each other telepathically, enhanced teamwork and deep bonds, the team would also receive various enhancements as long as the team's overall friendly bonds reached to a certain extent.
So if one wanted to become a Seer, aside from being strong and talented, one would also need the ability to efficiently command a team while also possessing a type of charisma unique to indomitable leaders.
The only downside of this class was that they are weak individually and would usually need the assistance and presence of their team members near them so that they could display the full prowess of their class.
The benefits that the Seers would get from their team was that they would be able to 'leech' off the strength of their team members, so the higher the level of the connected members the higher the enhancements they would get as a result.
This benefit also had a limit that would make their mental network connect to a limited amount of people depending on their level and the person joining should also have high friendly bonds with them while their levels are only limited to 50 levels higher than the Seer, any more than that and they would only cause the mental network to collapse due to instability.
Of course, these limits would become nonexistent after the Seer successfully passed their class advancement to become a Grand Overseer, but one should know that in order to reach that stage, one would need to pass various setbacks and difficulties.
The Seer could temporarily terminate the connection between them and the members so that the members would have their own time as well as some privacy, but the same couldn't be said true to the members as they had to gain permission from the Seer themselves to leave the radius of the mental network.
The member who leaves the radius that the Seer could oversee would instantly suffer varying degrees of mental backlashes from the mental network.
The higher the member's emotional bond with the Seer the higher the penalty and backlash that they would receive, after all, leaving the Seer's mental network without their explicit permission was tantamount to betraying their leader.
Right now, Leo didn't even have any members around him much less receive enhancements from his currently empty mental network, well, there's his disciple on the side that was currently transforming but he didn't even want to let her join the fight while using the skill that he forbid for her to use.
He had repeatedly warned her time and time again that she could not use that skill without reaching the peak of the 4th class and yet she ignored his warnings and still used it without his permission.
He was shocked and helpless as he knew full well as to why Irene ignored his warnings, but he really didn't need her help right now though, he indeed knew that he wouldn't be able to last long under this kind of situation but this situation would also change if he were to recall his teammates to assist him with his fight with the Fire Dragon.
Yet he also felt touched by her actions as it showed that his disciple had indeed held him in high regard to the point where she would even risk her life just to save her master.
Then he suddenly remembered that he could not afford to waste his time anymore thus he immediately recalled the mental frequencies of his teammates in his mind.
He could use their familiar mental frequencies to locate their rough locations but this method would take too long as he would have to scour the whole of Mortal Realm which was as large as 3 times the Earths combined just to find their locations.
There should be a teammate or two hiding in this Endless Desert Continent that would be able to answer his calls, thus he immediately willed his dormant will energy deep inside him as it gently surged out of his body and rapidly spread out from their location to do a carpet scan of the whole continent.
This carpet scan would take a huge toll on his body if his search last for a long time and this could also possibly block his class advancement in the future to become a Grand Overseer, but he had no choice but to do this as he knew that he had to kill this dragon fast.
There are also countless strong people hiding in the public eyes of the Endless Desert but he doesn't want to split up the loots of the dragon with them, he was confident that if he could just find two or three of his teammates here then they would be able to deal with this dragon for sure.
The Red Dragon's golden-red eyes shone with a berserk bright light, it opened its terrifyingly huge dragon mouth and breathed out its dragon breath which has the element of fire.
Leo frowned as he saw the dragon's breath coming for him and he was just about to dodge it when a slender and fair white hand protected him from the scorchingly hot dragon breath.
He was shocked and turned to look at who protected him and his eyes widened in disbelief as he didn't expect that an otherworldly woman would be able to easily dismiss the terrifying dragon's breath.
He didn't know why she protected him and could only look at her with a slight frown as he also had no idea who this mysterious woman was.
She had long and vibrant white hair that shone with bright white lights and it seemed that each strand of her hair was glowing as they danced and fluttered beautifully.
She had a pair of splendid white eyebrows, long and curved eyelashes that fluttered like a pair of beautiful butterfly wings each time she blinked her eyes.
She also had a pair of snow-white eyes that looked cold and emotionless and a perfectly symmetrical straight and delicate nose, her cherry red lips appeared to be extremely soft and delicate to the point that some might think that they would tear with just a small and soft bite.
The woman wore a long and exquisite silky white dress that looked soft to the touch, the dress covered her delicate shoulders down to her exquisite pair of feet.
The dress had a long and milky white ornamental sash that wrapped around her waist which made its ends exposed to thin air and they looked like a white tail of some sort as it beautifully swayed around with the wind.
For some reason, Leo found her to be quite familiar but he wasn't too sure if it was indeed her thus he opened his mouth and hesitatingly asked in a soft voice.
"Irene?"
Her face indeed looked like his disciple but was quite not, his disciple's eyes didn't look this cold as it still held a bit of warmth towards those close to her, and the aura that the woman emitted was unfathomably deep to the point that he could not even detect her rough level.
The cold eyes of the woman that was solemnly looking at the dragon shifted to him as she heard him call out.
She looked at Leo with her cold and emotionless white eyes as she opened her mouth and coldly replied.
"Irene... is asleep right now. You can call me by the name of Administrator."
