Too Easy

The shadowy figure was Darknik in his cloak! Taking advantage of the men being stunned from seeing their boss being instantly taken out, Darknik infused Klent into his leg as he kicked the man closest to him in the face, sending him crashing into the wall.

"BASTARD!!!!" One of the men yelled as he ran towards Darknik with a sharp dagger glinting in the darkness.

"Shadow Orb" Darknik muttered under his breath as the orb flew to the man, stunning him. Just as Darknik was about to knee the man in the face, the last assailant punched at Darknik with knuckle dusters. Darknik grabbed the man's arm while casting Poisonous Touch and flipped him over his head and threw him towards the man who just got out of his stunned state.

Both of them crashed into each other and fell down to the ground. One of them tried to get up, but the one on top was poisoned and couldn't get up. Darknik knocked both of them out with two quick stomps and muttered; "Too easy" as he walked towards the girl who had an astonished look on her face.

"Are you okay? Where are your parents?" Darknik asked as he handed her the pouch she dropped during the fight.

"Y-Yes." Her voice was very sweet and very nice to hear. "My parents are still at home. I told them that I am going to the playground."

"Why are they taking money from you?" Darknik already heard the reason why but he wanted to confirm it.

"Those bad guys said that if I don't give them my allowance every week, they will kill my mom and dad and t-t-throw me in a Gintar pit!"

"Why didn't you call the Enforcers if you are being threatened?"

"I did tell the Enforcers, but they are friends with the bad guys. The bad guys beat me up after that, so I didn't tell them again. But now that you saved me, I'm saved..." She said with a hint of blush at the end.

"They can't be small time crooks if they have ties with the Enforcers." Darknik muttered under his breath. "Well, I guess I am going to have to tell dad about this." Darknik started walking away.

"W-Wait!" The girl called after Darknik. "My name is Sinteria, What's your name?"

"Oops, almost forgot." Darknik said as he stopped walking and turned around. He took off his cloak, revealing his face. "My name is Darknik, lets meet up again sometime."

Having said that, Darknik put his cloak back on and jumped onto the roof, dashing towards the non-floating cube as the sun started falling, showing a beautiful black and purple sunset.

Once inside the castle, Darknik immediately went to his mom and dad's room. After knocking and hearing a come in, Darknik opened the door. The room had a purple carpet and bright red walls, with some black comfy soft chairs, a few diamond shaped devices on the walls and near the big red bed, and a few miscellaneous things on the floor.

Darkcon was reading a book while drinking a green beverage while Kainik was looking at the big Diamond Device on the wall that was showing an action movie starring a big, furry, red, humanoid Sentourian.

"What do you need?" Kainik asked, not looking away from the movie.

"The Enforcers are corrupt." Darknik said flatly. Kainik paused the movie and looked at Darknik with intrigue. Darkcon stopped reading her book and listened while drinking her beverage.

"What happened?"

"A girl my age named Sinteria was almost robbed by four men before I beat them up and gave her back the money. She told me that they have been taking her allowance every week, and that they have connections with the Enforcers. When she tried to tell the Enforcers what happened, they told the four men and they beat her up, so she stopped looking for help."

"Hmmmmm..." Kainik had a contemplative expression as he stroked his red chin. "So, they have connections with the Enforcers, no wonder they dared to beat up the daughter of Niasa. I've also been wondering about the increased crime in the inner section, looks like the Enforcers haven't been doing their job right... Since they had the audacity to hurt a noble girl, I will have to take action personally.

What do you think about Sinteria? Do I have to set up an engagement for you guys?"

"DAD!!" I AM ONLY FIVE AND A HALF YEARS OLD!!" Darknik shouted with embarrassment etched on his face.

"HAHAHA!! I'm just kidding! You look as red as a Blood Canary; you should go look in the mirror! "HAHAHAHAA!" Kainik roared with laughter with his hand on his belly. 'I didn't know my son was such a lady killer. He's just like me when I was younger.' Kainik thought as he got up and put on his kingly robes.

"Well then, on a serious note, follow me. We have some cleaning up to do."
