Evan and Shane walked on the streets full of shops on either side. The two young men were carrying several plastic bags containing various items.

"I've never seen this place so crowded," Shane said. "Even on a weekend like this, there are never this many people."

Evan shrugged. His eyes darted to the electronics store whose window had several televisions on. The televisions showed the city mayor explaining the handling of the disasters that had occurred. That old man's face looked so tired.

Evan sighed. "The area that was hit by the big fire had a lot of shopping centers. They were all gone now. People had no other choice but to shop in these old places and use the old ways to buy anything they needed. They had to go from one store to another."

"How ironic." Shane shook his head slightly. "Many people have suffered because of that disaster, but on the other hand, there are those who have benefited. This street looks like it was about to die a few days ago."
