Love Of My Life

I hadn't been able to see William's mother when I did come to town. She had always stayed at the Bernards' manor for she had been quite sickly as William told me.

She was quick to lose her footing, and she needed to rest every once in a while, to catch up on her breath.

William said that his mother constantly needed someone to accompany her when she would go out of the manor, but it would just upset her thus she stopped going out unless it was absolutely necessary.

That being said, it had always been William and his father that had interacted with other wealthy families in Shalem during occasions that brings people together such as festivals and fairs.

The beautiful woman that went by the name of Maria, walked in with a bowl of water and a towel in her arms.

She also had a tiny lamp she had brought with her, the designs of the brass holder an intricate craft.
