48. Dinner With Victoria's Mother

Baron helped Victoria to clean up the rest of the dirty dishes. Victoria felt awkward seeing Baron standing next to her, scrubbing the dishes with soap and a sponge.

So far, Victoria rarely helps her mother wash the dishes or clean the house. Baron was a very diligent man and seemed like an ideal future son-in-law.

Since then, her mother has been pushing her to agree that Victoria has a boyfriend like Baron. To be honest, Victoria was pleased to be with Baron, but she felt ashamed to admit her relationship in front of her mother.

Her mother was in the shower, so they could be a little free to talk.

"Why are you smiling like that?" Victoria asked Baron, who had been smiling on his face.

"I'm glad that it wasn't just you and Raymond who could see me. Your mother can see me too. I don't have to worry about being invisible if we get married one day."

"Married?!" Victoria was surprised to hear Baron's words.
