Pei Qian drove to a high end restaurant which served specially made Mexican cuisine. She arrived there right after work.

When she was escorted into a private room, she already saw Chu Lingxi sitting there while she browsed the menu.

Chu Lingxi smiled and beckoned her over, "Come here, Qian Qian! I can't wait to order," 

Chu Lingxi was a strange girl who could read and talk in Spanish, which was the official language of Mexicans. When she was young, her parents forced her to learn up to five different languages in order to fit into a prominent lady's standing. 

Chu Lingxi wasn't the type to listen though. In the end, she didn't learn what her parents told her to learn. Instead of German, she learned Indonesian. Instead of French, she learned Serbian. Instead of Russian, she learned Spanish.

Hence why she was able to look up the menu without needing help from the waiter. She looked excited because she had long wanted to eat this type of food.
