Seo Hea-Jung

Joon-won listened intently as Jung-hwa filled him in on Seo Hea-Jung and Hae Yongsun.

"That girl who spoke to you is known as the most beautiful woman in the 2nd year. Her name is Seo Hea-Jung. She's almost like a queen in the whole university. I heard her family is very powerful in this city, controlling a famous supermarket chain. Her mother is the famous singer Un Sook, so she has connections in the industry too," she explained.

He finally understood why Seo Hea-Jung carried herself with such arrogance and why the shop boss was so respectful to her. It made sense; her family's influence extended through various sectors of the city.

"And that boy who follows her everywhere like a dog?" Joon-won asked, causing Jung-hwa to cover his mouth quickly, glancing around to ensure no one overheard.

"Don't talk like that. What dog? We shouldn't speak ill of these people. If they find out, our future could be in jeopardy. So don't comment like that here," she whispered sternly, staring right into his eyes. He nodded, and she let go, continuing her explanation.

"That senior is Hae Yongsun. His father is a well-respected director with several hit films. He's directed A-list actors, so people at the university try to befriend him. He's also pursuing Senior Seo Hea-Jung, which is why he's always around her."

Joon-won was amused by Hae Yongsun's actions and arrogant persona. 'The dog has a famous father, and he thinks he's the king of the university just because of that?'

"Now tell me, why is Senior Seo Hea-Jung against you?" Jung-hwa insisted, curious about the matter. Joon-won sighed, giving a brief rundown of what happened, omitting his conversation with Seo Hea-Jung from the previous day.

"What? How can she be so unreasonable? Even after you told her to go away, she's still coming to meet you," she huffed, her outburst causing Joon-won to look around nervously. He patted her hands to calm her down.

"Jung-hwa, don't shout. What if someone hears you talking about her like this? And why are you framing it like that? You're making it sound like we had something between us."

Realizing her mistake, she looked around and saw Seo Hea-Jung's indifferent gaze on her, understanding she didn't have the same privilege to speak freely.

"Anyway, you should go ahead. Your part is coming soon," he reminded her, pointing at the stage where someone was waving to call her. She nodded and hurried off to act.

Joon-won sat back and observed the two seniors watching the rehearsal. Seo Hea-Jung had an indifferent gaze, while Hae Yongsun looked irritated. He hadn't paid much attention to Seo Hea-Jung's appearance before, but now he could see why she was so popular. Her body was in perfect proportions, and her most striking feature was her blue eyes, complemented by her blonde hair.

Hae Yongsun, on the other hand, looked like a punk trying to appear gentlemanly. His red hair was slicked back with gel, but he couldn't hide the tattoos on his arms. His eyes were always fierce, and his body was much fitter than Joon-won's.

He shook his head and remained silent as the rehearsal continued. After a while, he was called for his final part, the scene with the teacher. Walking out, he noticed Seo Hea-Jung's smile return as she paid closer attention, while Hae Yongsun looked more irritated.

He performed well again, and as he was about to head back inside, he saw Seo Hea-Jung whisper something to Hae Yongsun before he walked away. She then made her way backstage again.

As he sat down, waiting for Jung-hwa to finish her part, Seo Hea-Jung approached him once more. He sighed, feeling exhausted by her persistent presence.

She took the seat next to him, resting her elbow on her knee and supporting her face with her hand. Her blue eyes locked onto his, and her smile remained fixed.

"It pains me to see you move away when I sit next to you, little brother."

He didn't respond, maintaining a neutral expression.

"Well, little brother, I never would have thought there would be a gem like you in this normal class. Even though some idiot gave you a minor role with only two scenes, you still manage to perform better than anyone else here."
