District 42

Vick kept staring at the White warrior and trying to think in a way in which she could convince him to not do so. However, a more serious part of her was constantly shouting at her to let him do what he needed to do.

The Princess put Casper into that situation with her decision to make him enter the Sgails. Casper had his responsibilities, and he was a skillful person, so it was obvious that Leonel would keep an eye on him. She was sure that Thor was already paying attention too.

Casper went to his first mission without using any technologies. There were some tools they gave to him, but in the end, he didn't make use of any of them, which made they notice even more his competence.

Also, Leonel had said before to Vick that, to be sure that the White warrior was as good as they claimed he was, he would be sending him to a mission without any high-ranked technology to help him.
