"Congratulation Althea you are a certified surgeon now!" Beam Althea's elder brother, who pitches her from the airport, with so much delight.

Running towards her little sister who just 16 years old at that time and became one of the youngest surgeons who've ever been recognized.

Hugging her like no tomorrow, that's how proud the young Guevarra to her.

The young new surgeon already has a Doctor of Medicine (MD) and Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree and now she just got her state licensure which she completed from her general surgery residency.

Her families are very honored and proud of her being established at such a young age; the young surgeon doesn't want to stop there alone.

She wants to pursue another field of expertise.

That's the reason why she came back to the Philippines and hid her real identity.

Because of what she recently accomplished, the world wants to know her back story and she doesn't want that.
