ACHTUNDZWANZIG

What would they be discussing? Lia came upstairs with me to the Deck. I sat down and felt the wind on my face. "It appears that Lord Theodore has returned; you should rest yourself, My Lady," she suggested. "I'll wait for Theodore until he's finished; he must be tired," I said. "Understood, My Lady," I said, nodding.

I heard the door close from below a few hours later. "I believe the Sir has already left, My Lady," she stated. "I see," I said as I looked down and saw Sir Jin getting into his car.

I was about to get up from my seat when I noticed Theodore at the Deck entrance. Lia and her servants bowed and exited the Deck. As I was about to stop Lia, I stood up in shock. Theodore approached me, grabbed my arm, and drew me into a hug.

"I missed you..." His whispers made my stomach churn. I hugged him back as if he was controlling my body. "You were only gone for two days," I joked.
