Rick Maxwell was a huge fan of the Pokémon game who bought every new game that the Pokémon company had created. In school, he was basically called the Pokémon game master. One day, he bought a new game and was walking back home where he died in a car accident. When he opened his eye, he happened to be in a world of Pokémon with a system in his brain. He then found out that in the world of Pokémon, he could actually be a Pokémon master.
