The year is 2025 when the new VR game, Kingdom of Shadows, is released to the world. The game takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where humans have special abilities.

Luca is a high school boy who gets recruited by a company to play the game and unravel its secrets. However, he soon realizes that this might be more than just a game. 

When the fate of humanity is held by a young boy, will we be able to survive and prevent a catastrophe?

<p>Nova and Ryker explained what they knew about their beasts and how they got them from Dr. Echo's stash. While they were talking, Sheila was touching and observing the beasts. She never knew it was possible to have a beast without having an affinity for them but when she heard "Dr. Echo" she realized it made sense. As the greatest scientist of the Kingdom of Tomorrow, if someone could do it it was him. She also realized why they were hidden away in a hyper-secure vault.</p>

<p>If the Kingdom of Beasts knew this information, they would flip out as beasts were their weapons and companions. They believed that only them, who knew how to properly take care of beasts, were the only ones who deserved the honor of taming or borrowing their powers. They had a deep respect for every type of beast. Well, except Shila, who as a princess had grown with a lot of different influences.  </p>
