The year is 2025 when the new VR game, Kingdom of Shadows, is released to the world. The game takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where humans have special abilities.

Luca is a high school boy who gets recruited by a company to play the game and unravel its secrets. However, he soon realizes that this might be more than just a game. 

When the fate of humanity is held by a young boy, will we be able to survive and prevent a catastrophe?

<p>Nova could only succumb to his fate. He closed his eyes and sighed. He opened his palms and his mouth and out of them came out the signature stars that Nova used to communicate. However, this time, only ten stars came out, five from his mouth and five from his palms. These stars then slowly floated up to the party. They approached the space in between their eyebrows, and slowly melted into their skin. Just like how Ryker used the dream bead.  </p>

<p>The effects were different though, once the two stars entered everyone's mind, their eyes closed and their bodies collapsed. They were in a deep sleep state. Ryker opened his eyes and he was standing on a white platform, to his sides, the rest of the party were also there. They all looked very confused. They were standing in a semicircle.  </p>
