The year is 2025 when the new VR game, Kingdom of Shadows, is released to the world. The game takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where humans have special abilities.

Luca is a high school boy who gets recruited by a company to play the game and unravel its secrets. However, he soon realizes that this might be more than just a game.

As soon as Aurora lost consciousness, the ice elemental melted into nothing more than a puddle. Shila was teleported back to her friends along with the polar bear coat. It had been her spoils of war, it was not uncommon for the winner to take something that used to belong to the loser after a battle.
