Lizard (2)

Standing alone on top of a boulder overlooking the entire battle zone, Cullen Azog speaks out. The moment words came out from his mouth, a surge of magical energy instantly covered the area and turning it into a haven for his tribesmen.

"Move left! Eliminate the abomination swarm there!" his command came into the ears of the orcs as Cullen Azog command them from afar. It was as if he was standing by their side as he speaks.

"Grun-Thar!" the orcs roared as they executed their order faithfully.

Although each of them had their own mindset and ability to think for themselves, the orc is relatively an obedient tribe when listening to those superior to their own. This made controlling over the entire tribe easier than the humans with an independent mentality of their own.

It was like comparing a group of honest, immature kids to a group of businessmen with their own agenda.

But since this was the first battle for the warriors, the cooperation between them is almost none. They were moving like a messy pile of pebbles tumbling down the road as they traveled across the path to their designated location.

One even managed to be left from the group after fighting a few Scale Lizard on his own. If it wasn't because Cullen Azog's were present, he might end up as the first victim belonged to the orcs.

Chaotic.

This is perhaps the only suitable word to describe the situation here. Without a proper organization to keep them disciplined, the group of five Orc Warriors is no different from a pack of wild hounds. At this stage, they're considered fighting due to their own liking and interest.

Even Edward Pinnacle was keeping an expression of anger and annoyance at the orcs.

And the reason behind this is because two human hunters were killed during the fight. Although the cause of their death had nothing to do with the orcs, it was their reckless movement that caused the death of two of the precious human lives.

But if it weren't because each Orc Warrior's combat ability is comparable to three human hunters, the number of death in this battle might be higher than two.

Of course, their death was not in vain, as they were sacrificed in exchange for battle experience.

"Take the right and provide assistance to the hunters! Make sure you don't repeat what you've done just now!" Cullen Azog ordered. A faint dark blue seems to be twirling around him as he continued to direct the orcs below him.

"Have you ever seen an orc using Exalt? This is my first time looking at one." a sudden conversation between two human hunters caught Cullen Azog's attention.

'Exalt???' Cullen Azog stopped directing his people as he sneakily listened to their conversation.

'What is Exalt?' he asked himself. Lifting both of his hands up to take a look, Cullen Azog noticed a layer of blue light is surrounding him.

"You must be joking with me... An Orc capable of using Exalt is the biggest joke I've listened for today. If you're tired, you should go back and take a rest. Stop creating unnecessary trouble." said another hunter.

**Xiu!**

A fire arrow was fired into the sky before the two can continue.

"Captain's marker! Move toward that direction!" the two hunters immediately armed themselves and proceed to the direction it was fired.

'Hoh? So the humans communicate using this method? It was quite an efficient method.' Cullen Azog nodded.

"Move to the left! Push forward!" Cullen Azog's voice once again echoed in the warrior's ears.

And just like this, the fight continued until the sun finally sets. Perhaps this is the only time they can peacefully rest because the abominations were asleep at night. It was weird, but at least for now, nobody would complain about it.

"Make way! Open some space between you guys so our fellow orc brethren can sit down and eat something before they go to rest." Edward Pinnacle came to the meal area where close to thirty or so hunters were having their meal.

The orcs were following both Cullen Azog and Edward as they stepped into this meal area.

"Chieftain Cullen. This person here is our camp's chef and butcher. He will be the one responsible for all our meals throughout the day. If there is anything you're unsatisfied with the meal, feel free to tell him. He will adjust them according to your liking." Edward Pinnacle said.

"Boss... It sounds very unfair from the way you speak..." a few hunters joke around. To them, a little fun like this is a must after a hard battle from the morning until now. Or else, the insanity will remain in their mind from all the fighting.

"Hey!" Edward Pinnacle kicked some sand on the loudest hunter in reply. It was not considered offensive as that was how they're used to. Moving closer to each other, a spot enough for six orcs to sit down and start chowing the cooked Lizard Meat is made available.

To show Cullen Azog a welcoming gesture, Edward took a skewer from the grill and poured some exotic black and white powder on top of the meat. The moment the powder dusted the surface of the grilled meat, a much more aromatic flavor followed.

Chieftain Cullen. You first!" the skewer prepared and flavored by Edward Pinnacle was given to Cullen Azog as a welcoming gesture.

"I hope that the orcs won't feel offended by the simple food menu we have here. We're very thankful for your help today!" Edward said.

Grabbing the skewer's tip with two of his fingers, Cullen Azog took a bite and finished the entire stick in a mouthful. The Lizard Meat prepared by the chef hits right on the spot. It was juicy, rich in flavor, and furthermore, the kick from the black and white powder made it taste much better.

"Edward, my friend..." Cullen Azog threw the stick on the ground as he extends his hand out.

"The orcs love these foods." a smiling face is clearly shown on Cullen Azog's face as he said those words. And in response to his words, the five Orc Warriors made their way to the grilling area and started to imitates what Edward just did.

...

At the same time, in one of the two Abomination's Hive.

(Grah!!!)

An unusual egg is hatching. It was at least three times bigger than the regular fertile egg that hatched into a worker Scale Lizard. The monster immediately grabbed one of the workers nearby and shoved it into its mouth to be converted into energy.

(Grah!)

As it was still a newborn, it is having some trouble swallowing its food. But after repeating it to the second and third workers around the monster, it was getting better. The scales that were dull and sticky are becoming much more rigid than before. Talons are appearing on its six limbs.

In a sense, it was slowly growing into the shape of an alligator about 2.5meters long.

(Shh...)

(Shh...)

"ROAR!" the monster roared once as it was ready to leave the hive to hunt.
