Chapter 33: Uproar Among Students
"The Cherry Blossom courtyard house has a key, but it's usually unlocked when no one is occupying it, so I'll bring the key to the courtyard house later."
"Also, your classes will start next week and there will be a General Assembly that day in the auditorium before your class starts."
"When you're finished signing up for all of your classes, submit a list of the classes that you signed up for to me, and I'll assign you a suitable timetable." Sun Bin said.
"Okay." Feng Ming Xiu nodded.
"Then I will take my leave."
When Sun Bin left, Feng Ming Xiu sighed and went into the courtyard house.
The inside wasn't decorated too lavishly, nor was it decorated too bland. Feng Ming Xiu explored the house and was quite satisfied.
"It has a nice living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom together, with an outhouse toilet. How nice."
Feng Ming Xiu went into the bedroom when she was done exploring. She took out the two books and the robe that she received and placed them on the bed. She then took the robe, unfolded it, and put it on. 'It fits well and feels comfortable. I also sense spirit energy coming from the robe.' The robe was simple and didn't have any fancy designs. Feng Ming Xiu looked into a bronze mirror and was satisfied.
Feng Ming Xiu took off the robe and sat on the bed. She placed the book on the bed and picked up the book that had the words in bold letters.
Feng Ming Xiu opened the book to the first page.
Dress code
Students are only allowed to dress in the robe provided to them by the sect. Students will receive a dark blue robe. Casual clothing can only be worn on weekends.
Classes
For each division, there is a classroom building with the classes. There is the S class, A class, B class, C class, and D class for the first-year, to sixth-year students with a staff room on the second floor.
Arrival to Classes
The student must arrive at classes on time. If late arrival happens for three days in a week, the student will receive a suspension of three days and won't be allowed to leave their courtyard for those three days.
Fights
Fighting among students in the open or in private is prohibited, and the students can receive a suspension or can be kicked out of the sect. If students would like to spar, that can be done in the fighting ring. Both students have to get permission from a teacher to fight, and both students have to sign a contract. A teacher will observe the fight. Killing or injuring an opponent almost to death is prohibited and results in the student getting kicked out of the sect.
The book has quite a lot of pages, so Feng Ming Xiu sat there for 8 minutes until she finished reading the entire book.
Feng Ming Xiu closed the book and sighed. She put down the book and picked up the other book,
"What is that? Is it a place to cultivate? I should check it out." Feng Ming Xiu decided that she would check out the Cultivation Tower sometime and continued to look at the book.
Feng Ming Xiu closed the book and heard a sudden knock on the window. She looked at the window and ignored it. She put the stuff in her innerspatial ring and stood up. There was knocking on the window again. Feng Ming Xiu had a cold expression and opened the window.
There she saw Hou Jin standing outside. He was wearing a white robe and a white mask, while he had his hair down.
Feng Ming Xiu was surprised. "Why are you here?"
'I didn't even sense his presence.'
"I want my cold poison to be cured."
"Tsk. I'm now a student here, so you'll have to wait." Feng Ming Xiu saw that Hou Jin was trying to come inside and frowned but let him inside.
Feng Ming Xiu leaned on the door frame and looked at Hou Jin who was looking around. "Nice room."
Feng Ming Xiu paid no attention to his words and asked him a question. "How did you know that I was here?"
"That's confidential." Hou Jin said.
"..."
"Someone is coming." Hou Jin said.
Feng Ming Xiu glanced at him. 'He must be strong if he noticed the person even though they haven't reached the courtyard yet. I don't sense anyone though.'
There was a knocking on the door and Feng Ming Xiu glanced at Hou Jin and left the room.
Feng Ming Xiu reached the front door and opened the door and saw Teacher Sun Bin.
"Here you are. I forgot to give you the emblem of the sect to you earlier." Sun Bin gave a key and an emblem to Feng Ming Xiu.
She collected the key and the emblem from Sun Bin and thanked him. "Thank you very much, Teacher."
"No problem. Remember what I said earlier and submit a list of the classes you signed up for." Sun Bin said.
"Yes, Teacher." Feng Ming Xiu smiled and went back into her room.
Sun Bin left the courtyard.
Feng Ming Xiu went to the bedroom and saw Hou Jin sitting in the chair. "Come back tonight. I can't treat you now, I have some things to do."
"Sure." Hou Jin didn't object to it. "See you tonight then." Hou Jin said that and then disappeared from his spot.
Feng Ming Xiu looked at the window and closed it. She looked at the emblem and placed it in the Mystical Pagoda and left the courtyard. She walked down the path and left the Cherry Blossom forest.
Some students were walking, and when they saw someone walking out from the Cherry Blossom courtyard, all eyes turned to her. A tall male student walked up to Feng Ming Xiu.
"Excuse me." Gong Ye stood in front of Feng Ming Xiu. 'Such a beautiful girl. How have I not seen her around before? Is she new?'
Feng Ming Xiu looked at the student with a cold gaze.
Gong Ye felt a strange shiver down his spine when Feng Ming Xiu stared at him. "Ahem. You're a new student placed in the Special Student District, yes?"
"Yes. If I weren't assigned here, I don't think I'd be able to enter." Feng Ming Xiu said.
"Yes, yes. Uh...why did come out of the Cherry Blossom forest? Did you know you can't go in there?"
"The teacher who was accompanying me let me stay. I have things to do, so move." Saying that, Feng Ming Xiu went around the student.
"Wait! What's the name of the teacher?" The Gong Ye tried to grab her shoulder but Feng Ming Xiu moved away before he could.
"The teacher's name is Sun Bin." Feng Ming Xi said.
Gong Ye pulled back his hand and looked at Feng Ming Xiu's figure that disappeared into the crowded district in front of their district.

"Am I dreaming right now?" A male student said. "Hey, bro, hit my head."
The other male student next to him hit the back of his head.
"Oww!" The student held his head.
The female students looked quite jealous, but they had to admit that Feng Ming Xiu was really beautiful. When Feng Ming Xiu left the district, there was an uproar among the students.
"Who was that girl just now?"
"She came out of the Special Student district just now. Doesn't that mean she's a Special student for one of the main divisions?"
"Hey, do you think I should talk to her when she comes back?"
