My jaw dropped immediately after she said that, leaving me alone in the lift while she walked out and went directly to Mr. Yang Zhuhuo's door. She commented at the empty secretary seat, "Huh, where is the secretary? I should've told Uncle Yang about his lazy secretary. He is just too kind to some lazy bums."

"Wait—" just right before I wanted to catch up to her, the door closed once more, and the lift went down again. I was stunned silly, thinking that I might've misheard about it.
