"What the fuck did you send over, Nicky?" Laurie is screaming over the phone at six fucking  o'clock in the morning.

"It has a note. And I believe that the message was clear." the name Nicky answered.

"Well that's exactly, why I am asking!"  she exclaimed angrily, glaring at the innocently looking red leather pill box, that is instantly recognizable as a famous jewelry brand, sitting on her kitchen counter, with a note that says - I heard you cry over a guy, here's a small gift to let you know that I'd marry you anytime.

With the familiar scrawling penmanship in the white piece of paper, she would know who sent her the note, even without calling the guy on the phone.

"I need to see the video now!"  She was in a panic with the thoughts of what could have been in the video.

"Let's eat first. You haven't had any decent meals for the past few days." When she saw the disagreement in Laurie's eyes she added. "It won't make a difference if you see the video now or later because it was already deleted from its source. My man who worked on it made sure of it."

"No buts, Laurie. Let's eat first."

Laurie sighed and did what Bae said since she got the copy of the said video and there is no way in hell that she would show it to her if she would insist on doing things her way. She didn't insist and poured herself a cup of coffee.

"Other than the video and articles circulating online, is there any other noteworthy news?"

"Hmm, in the business world I have some company I'm watching for future investment."
