Chapter 27: Ciel and Keeva

It was a 2 weeks before my baby was due. I was walking in the forest with Koa. Just like my parents were when they were pregnant with me according to Faye. "Hehe." "What's so funny Raven?" "Oh just thinking about what Faye said. She said mother and father were probably taking a walk in this forest when they stopped by the shake Frost lived in and I was born there. I was wondering if I would be able to have it in the shack too? That would be meaningful." "Is that so?" "Yeah." 'It's a good thing I prepared then. Frosts dad is there right now along with Frost.' Said Koa in his head. "What is it Koa? You looked spaced out for a min. Is everything ok?" "Yeah just thinking is all. How are you doing?" "As good as a woman can be during pregnancy I guess. I want to try to head to the cave where Kane stayed." "Honey I don't think your going to make it." "Oh I think I can watch me." I didn't walk but a few steps and I didn't feel good. "See I told you. Are you ok?" "I don't know. I think I need a doctor. I think something is wrong." "Shit! Raven be very calm. I think your water just broke." "What? Are you serious?" "Yes the shack it the closest place lets go." "Alright." Koa put my arm around him and we headed to the shack which wasn't far from here.

Koa kicked the door (Bang Bang) "Oh dear. Its that time already. Coming!" Frosts father opened the door. "Oh hello sir. You must be frosts father." Said Koa. "Yes hello my name is Winter. Bring her in here quick! Lay her down right here. Let's see how far along she is." Winter checked her and said. "Oh dear. She is halfway dilated. When did her water break?" "Just a few minutes before we got here." "Wow that is fast. She should be giving birth real soon then." "Hang in there Raven. You will be ok." Raven was screaming in pain. She also had a fever. Her dragon form was going on and off. Finally after about 10 minutes she was ready to deliver. Koa was holding Raven's hand. He could easily take Raven's squeezing with the hand. "Ok Raven its time to start pushing." Raven pushed really hard about 4 times and out came a baby boy. They thought they were finished but then Raven pushed out another baby another 3 pushes and out came a girl. Then she was done. "Oh dear. We didn't plan on twins." "Raven is fine no stitching or abnormal bleeding." Raven wasn't feeling so good. "Hey Koa? I don't feel so good." "Raven? What's wrong?" "I just feel so sleepy." "Doctor what's wrong with Raven?!" "Let me check her." "Oh no. This isn't good at all. Raven. Try to stay awake ok?" "I feel so sleepy." "I know but I won't be able to do anything to help you unless you stay awake. Hold on for just a few minutes." Frost you know how to clean the babies right?" "Yes sir." So Frost did that while his dad tried to help Raven. "Koa keep her talking." "Yes sir." Winter put his hands on Raven to heal her. "Raven are you ok now?" "Y-Yes I think so." "How is my baby?" "Raven we have two babies." Said Koa. "Two? Aww my two sweet babies. What did we have?" "A boy and a girl." "Oh cool we can use both names for them then." "Yeah we can." After the babies were clean and wrapped, Frost handed the babies to Koa. "Hey little ones. Ciel and Keeva. I'm your daddy. Haha." He chuckled. He was also in tears of joy. Koa leaned down and Kissed Raven's forehead. "You did good Raven." "Yeah I sure did." Koa leaned the babies down for Raven to see them. "Aww they are so cute." "Raven should stay here for at least 1 or 2 days. When she gets back to the castle she should rest more." "Ok I will fly her there then. Thank you. Both of you." "No problem."

2 Days later it was time to go to the castle. I was well enough to hold the babies and ride on the back of Koa. "Remember what I said. You still need rest Raven." "Yes I understand. Thank you doctor." Then we flew off back to the castle.

We finally got to the door of the castle. Koa took the babies and followed Raven to her room. "Ok we are here now. Why don't you lay down and get some rest. I will get the King and Queen and your 2 brothers and sister ok? I will take the twins with me." "Thank you Koa. I love you." "I love you to." He kissed my forehead and cheek and left to go get them.

The King and Queen were shocked when Koa had the babies in his hands. "Yes she had twins. She is resting in her room right now. Where are her siblings? She wants to see them and you two." "Oh of course. I will get them." Said the king.

The king got the siblings and saw the babies. "Aww. What are they?" "A boy and girl. I'm sure Raven wants to see you and tell you the names of them herself." They all walked back towards Raven's room.

"Raven are you awake? Its Koa." "Yeah I'm awake." I said in a Hoarse voice. I tried to clear my throat. They all came in and I saw my siblings father, and stepmom. "Hey everyone. I'm glad you met my babies. The girls name is Keeva Kira Dain. The boy is Ciel Charles Dain. Can I hold them Koa?" He handed me my babies, and I kissed them on the forehead. "My little angels. I love you both." After I held them awhile, I asked if father and stepmother wanted to hold them. I gave them to stepmother first. "Aww they are so tiny." "The one that has the black hair is Ciel. The other one is Keeva." Then stepmother handed them over to father. After awhile each of my siblings split the babies up and held them a little at a time. "Ok well Its time for the babies bottles. Would you like to feed them mother and father?" "We would love too Raven." Koa and I looked at each other like this was the second best thing that ever happened in our lives.

After they burped the babies they handed them back to us. "Thankyou mom and dad. Brothers and sister." "Hey if he ever needs a sparring partner when daddy is busy, he can come to me. Said Jason. "Haha OK I will let him know when he is old enough."

The twins are now 10 years old. There was a knight looking after them at the time named Tyson. Tyson was chasing the kids and playing with them. "OK kids time to go inside and get ready before your mom sees your clothes." "Oh shoot we can't let mom see us like this. She will get mad." The kids ran to their rooms so no one saw and cleaned themselves up. "Where did those kids go." I said. (Sigh.) "Oh Tyson. Did you see where the kids are?" "Oh they are in their rooms freshening up. They said they wanted to be nice and fresh for you." "Oh how sweet of them. I know that's not all. I know they are hiding how dirty they got their clothes but as long as they get clean before we have to get ready than that's ok." "Tomorrow I have a mission to go on for the Blue phoenix clan." "You have been going on them a lot haven't you?" "Yeah since the kids were 5 years old so 10 years now. Tell the kids I will be in the parlor waiting for them. They might run into their dad tell them all to meet me in the parlor if you see them all please." "Yes I will." "Thank you Tyson. I knew I picked well." So I headed to the parlor to wait for the kids.

The kids finally showed up with Koa. "I know you kids got dirty and cleaned up. That's good. Try not to get your clothes dirty again before your party?" "Ok mom we promise." Said Keeva. "OK well. Koa kids its time to get ready for your birthday party. Ace's Kids Jason's kids and Even Alora's babies are going to be there. "Cool all our cousins are going to come. Its Rare to see them all in one spot." Said Ciel. Ciel had black hair and dark blue eyes. Keeva had blonde hair and dark blue Eyes. They almost looked identical except for their hair and gender. So we all headed out to finish preparing for the twins birthday.

While we were getting ready for the party, Ciel asked me "Mommy can I turn dragon at my party?" "Koa what do you think? It is their birthday after all?" "Ok as long as mom or I fly with you ok?" "Yes! I love you mom and dad!" "We love you too. No go and help your sister in preparing for your party ok?" "Thanks dad." "Sure thing." I looked at Koa with a face saying Interesting. "What? What is Raven?" "I just think you are being to soft on those kids is all." "Oh come on Raven. I'm not that soft. Ok Maybe I am what am I supposed to do?" "Be harder on them or have mom and dad watch them while I'm gone. I have to leave tomorrow on a mission." "Again? Are they going to give you a break ever?" "I get breaks. Sort of." "Really? When was the last time you had one?" "A few months ago when Ciel turned dragon." "Exactly a few months ago. When you get back I'm going to talk to Ruka and Indigo and have them get you a break." "Oh come on its not that bad is it?" "You try spending every wake and bedtime with those kids 24 7. I don't even get to go on missions much and you get to go on them too much." "Ok I will talk to them before my mission ok? In fact after the party I have to go over to talk about the mission. Fine. Don't over due it. I mean we have toddlers to deal with too." "Yeah I know. We had another set of twins. I don't need anymore kids Yikes." "Haha you got that right. Thank god for mom and dad huh?" "Yeah and having aunts and uncles as well."

It was finally the day of the party and everyone was having a good time playing party games. Then it was time for cake then presents and so on. Then it was time for Ciel to show off. "Ok Ciel. Remember to stay close to me ok?" "Yes mom." I decided to go since I hardly get to see my babies when I go on missions. "Ok let me turn first then you." I turned into my red form. I can turn at will to whatever color I want. "OK Ciel your turn." Ciel turned dragon as well. His color was black and dark blue "Ok where are we flying to?" Just to the entrance to the forest we were born in and back. We don't have to go in." "Ok good. I don't think I have the energy right now." "Ok lets go." So we flew off to the forest.

We got there and I sensed something bad. "Ciel get back here now!" "What's wrong mom?" "No! Good I made it in time." "Ciel. Do you know your way back home?" "Yes mom what's wrong?" "Just go get your father and a doctor. I can't make it back right now." "OK mom." Ciel flew back to the party.

"Dad!" He flew down and turned human. "Mom is in trouble! She said to get a doctor and for you to go to her." King Queen stay with the kids please. Its an emergency. Jason! Get a doctor! Have him come to the entrance to the forest by the gate." "Yes Koa." He ran to get the doctor while Koa turned dragon and flew over to the forest. He got closer and yelled. "Raven! Raven where are you?!" "I'm down here!" 'I'm sure he heard me.' I heard someone fly down and it was Koa. "What happened Raven!" "Ahh. I've been hit with an arrow again. Its still in me. It almost hit Ciel. I think someone is after him. We need to protect him. Cough. Cough." "Raven I am going to break the arrow ok?" Koa broke the arrow and I flinched a little. "I'm glad Ciel got home ok. Cough Cough. I'm sorry Koa. I don't know how long I can stay awake. If I don't make it I love you. Tell the kids and our little ones I love them. Tell everyone we love I love them. Cough Cough." Then Raven closed her eyes. "No. God please no. Noooo!" The doctor was almost there and jogged when he heard Koa's voices. "I'm here. What happened?" "Raven saved Ciel from an arrow. I broke the arrow but I was afraid to take it out because I have no way of stopping the bleeding." "That was a good choice. How long ago did she close her eyes? Just before you got here. She isn't responding." The doctor checked her and said, "I may be able to save her. I will do my best." Koa went away for a few minutes while the doctor did what he could.

The doctor pulled out the arrow and Raven didn't make a sound. It was bleeding heavily but he stopped the bleeding with his healing power. Then he cleaned her up and wrapped her.

Koa came back and said "Is she going to be ok?" "I hope so. She didn't make a sound when I pulled out the arrow. I healed her cleaned her up stitched her and wrapped her. The rest is up to her will what happens to her. You need to fly her back home as fast as you can and let her get some rest." "Doctor would you like a ride?" "Yes I will ride with Raven to make sure nothing changes." "Thanks Doc." Koa turned dragon and the doc helped Raven on then hopped on himself. "Ok hold on tight." Koa was off back home.

They finally got home, Koa turned human and had Raven in his hands. "What's wrong with mom? Is she going to be ok?" said Ciel. "We hope so. Its up to mom now what happens. I have to lay her in her bed to rest." Koa continued going to their room to put her down. He finally laid her down and covered her up. The doctor said, "I'm sure she will wake up. If there are any changes let me know ok?" "Yes sir. Thank you." Koa was going to find Tate when he walked out and saw him. "Oh good you're here. If you hear anything you rush in to her room ok? I'm going to get Alora to stay with Raven a bit." "Yes sir."

"Alora. Would you mind staying with Raven for me?" "Yeah sure I will go in." "Honey you got the kids right?" "Yeah I do. Go ahead." "Oh and Alora? If there are any changes call for a doctor OK? Then you let me know." "I will Koa." "Dad? Is mom going to be ok?" Said Keeva. "I think your mom is strong kids. I'm sure she will pull through. Come here kids." Both the kids hugged their dad. "It will be ok kids. Your mother is strong. I mean look she had you two then she hand the twins tell me who can have that many kids like your mom?" "Um Uncle Jason can." "OK you got me Ciel. Your mom will be fine. I'm sure. Now let's get back to the party." 2 hours later the party was over and everyone was heading home.
