Chapter 31: Mom and Dad Alive!

"Jason look!" He turned around and was shocked himself. "Mom? Dad? Is it really you?" "Yes Jason its us." Said mom. Jason ran over to give them a hug. "Its ok Raven. Its mom and dad." "Really? Its them?" "Yeah you were little so you don't remember." "O-ok. Hi mom and dad." "Hi baby girl." Then the queen decided to leave and give them some privacy. "Call me if you need me Raven." "Thank you." "Mom? Dad? What happened?" said Jason. Before they could say anything there was a knock at the door. (Knock Knock) "Who is it?" "Its me. Tide." "Come in." He came in and I looked confused on who he might have been. "Hello Raven. Good to see you awake and well. You feel into the ocean and I saved you. You might not remember me but I figure Jason might." "Yeah I remember you. Thanks for saving my sister again. Is there a reason your not in the water?" "Well I was about to come to the castle and talk to someone but then I saw Raven fall into the ocean and saved her. Walking on legs is really weird." "Haha Yeah well fins would be harder if you're not used to them." Said Jason. "Well as I was saying I was coming here for help. I just grew legs and no matter what I do I can't get my mertail back." "Ah I see. Faye could probably tell you something about that. She used to be one as well." I said. "What?" Said Koa and Jason. "What. You didn't know?" "No we didn't." Said Jason. "Well now you know. Excuse me. I'm going to take Tide here to Faye. I will be back." Raven left with Tide.

They got to Faye's den. "Hello? Faye? You here? Its Raven. I need you for something." "Coming! I'm in the back!" She got up from what she was and came over. "Hello Raven. What's up?" "Tide here used to be a merman. He all of a sudden got legs and no matter what he did, he can't change back." "Yes I know Tide. Hello Tide." "Hello Faye." "Oh so you know each other?" "Yeah we are blood cousins." "Oh Ok. Well Tide I hope you find something out. Don't fight to much with Faye." "Haha I'll try not to. Thanks Raven. Be careful near the water ok?" "Yeah I will."

I went back into my room and heard laughing. "What's so funny? What did I miss?" "Oh hey Raven. I told them about the date you and I were on when we played truth or dare." "Oh that wasn't funny at all. That was just mean." I said laughing. "Ok well it was mean then but its funny now. Where are the kids Koa?" "Oh they're with the king and queen." "OK I will go get them. I will be right back."

"Hey father. Mother is back. She is with my dad. Do you want to see her?" "Only if she wants to see me. I would love to see her again." "Ok I will ask her. Also I want them to see the kids." "Ok I'll go get them." "Kids! Your mother wants to see you!" "Ok Gramps!" said Ciel. Ciel and Keeva each grabbed a twins hand and headed towards him.

"Hey mom. What's up?" "I have a couple people I want you to meet. Come on you 4." "Ok mommy." Said Frost. "Mommy!" Said Fox. "Hehe I love you boys too."

"Ok lets go in my room. Daddy is in there too. Along with uncle Jason." We walked in and the younger boys went to daddy. Ciel and Keeva were next to me. "These are my kids. OK you two introduce yourselves." "I'm Ciel. I was the first born." "I'm Keeva. Ciel's twin sister. The boys over there are Fox and Frost. The one on Koa's lap is Frost." "Oh honey they are perfect." "Yeah well I think so. Kids remember when mommy told you when she was little mommy lost her parents? This is them." "Oh so they are our grandparents." Said Ciel. "Yeah they are." "Nice you meet you all. Hope to get to know you all." Said Dad. "Oh mom? Father said he wanted to see you only if you did." "Oh really?" "Mom. Dad is right here." "Oh he knows I love him. Don't you dear?" "Yes I love you. I know you won't do anything with him." "May I see him again?" "Of course mom. He should be in his office at this time. Hey Koa? Why don't you take the kids outside to play?" "Oh mom? Can I go hang out with my friends at the Raven Clan?" said Keeva. "For a little bit dear ok?" "OK mom." "I'll stay here and protect the twins with dad." "OK remember no flying unless me or dad are with you ok?" "Yes mom I know." "Koa. You know my rules for the little ones. No flying with them on your back. They are still too young." "Yes dear. I know." "OK have fun kids. I need to take mom to see dad." "OK then."

So I took mom to dad's office. On the way there I said, "Hey mom. I found out when I first got there according to Jason the king is my birth father." "Yes he is. I'm sorry I didn't tell you. It was complicated." "Its fine mom. I was 3. You could have told Jason though." "I'm sorry honey. I'm glad you and your brother are safe." "Thanks mom. You should thank Tide." "I will when I see him again."

"OK here we are mom. She has business with the King." "Go right in." "Father its Raven. I brought her." "come in Raven." "Hello your majesty." Mother bowed. "No need to bow. We are good friends." Mom stood up. "Mind if I leave you two alone to talk father?" "No. Go ahead and do whatever you need to do ok?" "OK father See you later."

"OK I need to find Zeno and do some training to calm down." I went to the training room and no one was there. I took out my sword and played with the moving dummy with a sword. The dummy moved a little and I dodged his attacks. "Damn! I missed. I'll get you next time. Ha there. Told you I would!"

While she was messing around with the dummy Zeno was about to walk in when he saw Raven messing with the dummy. He hid to watch her. After awhile she got tired and turned the thing off. "Phew. That was a workout." Then I heard someone clapping. (Clap Clap Clap Clap.) "Oh hey Master Zeno. Did you see all that?" "Only the last few minutes. I just got here." "Oh good." "So why you here so late?" "Oh I just needed to calm down. Mom and dad finally showed up. The ones I lost in the shipwreck." "Oh Really? I see why you would need to calm down. Are you ok now?" I don't know. I can't don anymore training. I may go into the forest and take a breather. Hopefully mom and dad aren't there." "OK be careful out there ok?" "Yes Zeno I will."

I turned dragon and flew to the forest. "Ahh its so good to get some air here. I love this place." I breathed in the air and out. I climbed into a tree and sat down. "Always a good place to rest." I laid down and planned to rest my eyes. She ended up falling asleep.

While Raven was sleeping, Koa ended up in the forest with the kids and their knights. Koa passed the tree she was in then stopped. "Hang on kids. I think I hear something." Said Koa. They all stopped and ran to Koa. "What is it Dad?" Said Keeva. Koa went back to that tree he passed and looked up. "Haha. Its ok. Its only your mother. She fell asleep in a tree." Then everyone relaxed. "Raven honey. Its time to wake up." "Hmm. 5 more minutes dad." "Haha your so cute when you do that. Its Koa Raven. Get up." "Hmm. Fine. Oh Koa its you. Hey kids." "Mom what are you doing in a tree?" "Nothing just resting. What are you 4 doing?" "Just taking a walk with dad." Said Ciel. "Why don't we head back together?" Said Keeva. "Yeah I'll walk back with you. Lets go." So I walked with the kids and I had both my little twins. One on my back the other in my arms. "Haha you ok there Raven?" "Yeah I'm fine."

After awhile the boys were getting heavy. "Ok boys time to put you down. Why don't you have your brother and sister give you a piggy back ride?" "Yeah I can give one of them a piggy back ride." Said Ciel. "I will too." Said Keeva. So they got them on and walked on. Once they left the forest the kids put their little guys down. "Sorry boys we are not as strong as mom and dad." Said Ciel. So they held hands and walked back to the castle.

When we got to the castle gate my phone rang. "Oh shoot my phone's ringing. I'll be right back Koa. I got to take this. Work." "OK then." So Koa walked in the the kids and I walked back towards the gate. "What do you want me to do boss?" "Oh yeah sure. When do you want me to be there?" "Ok I'll be there sometime tomorrow." Then I hung up. "Aw man. I thought me and the kids could hang out." I went in side and saw Koa. "Hey Koa. Are the kids out somewhere?" "Yeah so what's up?" "Well I got a separate job from the Blue phoenix. It will take me a day to get there." "OK Raven. Be careful. I'll break it to the kids." "Ok thanks. Sorry again Koa. Tell both parents I'll be back when I can." So I flew off.

The following day I went in side the building and met the girl waiting for me. "Hello. You must be Raven?" "Yes I am. You're a cute little girl. What's your name?" "My name is Adira." "Well that's a pretty name. How old are you Adira?" "I'm 10 years old." "Oh you're the same age as my older twins. Hey maybe sometime I can get you together with my kids." "Yeah that would be nice. Adira can you wait on the chair there for a minute please?" "Yes Raven." "OK." I dragged boss over to a spot that Adira couldn't see us. "This girl looks scared to death. She is too sweet. I can see it in her eyes. What the hell happened to her?" "The only family alive she had was her aunt and uncle. They don't have any kids. They didn't know what to do with a kid. Let alone a dragon kid." "What happened to her parent's?" "No one told her but she was the one that killed them. She is an only child." "Oh poor girl. What should I tell her if she asks?" "Tell her to come to me if she needs to talk." "Ok thanks Boss. I will do what I can. Adira? You still here?" "Yes Raven. I'm still here." "OK before we go. I want to talk to you ok? Follow me." Adira followed Raven to her room.

"OK my room is right here." So we walked in and I had her sit on the bed. "Boss told me a little of your situation. When I saw you looking all cute I could tell you were terrified. No wonder he had me come here. I'm sorry will you be ok to train today?" "I can try." "Actually before that hang on come with me. I want you to meet someone. Hey Boss! Where is Kane?" "He's outside in the yard." "OK thanks."

We walked out to the yard and I saw both Tony and Kane. "Hello boys. There is someone I'd like you to meet." Kane came over and said, "Adira? Is that you?" "You know her Kane?" "Yeah she's from my Village." "Kane! Your alive!" Adira ran up to Kane and gave him a hug. "Its ok Adira. Your ok. Where are your parents?" Kane looked up at me and I shook my head. "Oh Adira I'm sorry." He gave her a big squeeze and said, "Its ok now. I will look after you." "Boss told me to come here and train her. She's a dragon." "What? Adira is it true?" "Yes its true Kane. Raven is going to train me." "OK wait for me in the training room I'll be there in a minute." "OK Raven." After she was gone I told Kane what was up. "Oh no. Are you serious?" "Yeah he told me that." "Oh Adira. You poor girl." "I have an Idea Kane. Mind if you watch me train Adira?" "Yeah that be cool. See you later man." "Yeah see ya."
