Delivery man in disguise

"Have a seat," I spoke and pointed out the vacant seat behind him. "Do you want something to drink?"

"No but thank you!" Brooke replied and waved his hand as sign of refusal.

He sat down in front of me and roamed around his eyes. I knew he was wondering why I am here in this ill-fated place.

I heard him sighed, "Would you mind if I'll ask you—"

There was no room of coward of people nowadays. Brooke deserved to know the truth as my friend.

"She is my younger sister," I paused and swallowed thirstily. "A few weeks ago, she got into an accident and like any other victim, Andrea was unfortunately left behind by the reckless driver!"

Anger took my heart once again. Every time it flashed into my head, I badly eager to chase and put the culprit in jail.

My tears started falling like a river. I couldn't utter a single word as my tongue twisted suddenly.
