The team returned to their rented farmstead just before nightfall.

They put Malik Mekki in a barn for interrogation. Korede and Temitope agreed to do the interrogation while the others got some rest. Abdul-Lateef decided to stay behind and watch.

Mekki sat tied up to a metal chair. Korede and Temitope sat on plastic chairs. Korede sat normally while Temitope sat with the back of the chair facing forward. This way, he was able to rest his arm and chin on the chair rest.

Korede removed the blindfold and gag.
