A group of Spec Ops operators are saved from the jaws of death by the intervention of the Supreme Law of Time. After waking from a coma, the team's leader finds himself bound to an alien symbiote. And thanks to the symbiote, the team is thrust into the hidden world of Will awakeners; individuals who use their Will to harness superhuman abilities. 
As if that wasn't bad enough, the team accidentally uncover a conspiracy by a powerful shadow organisation which then puts them in the central position in the fight against the organisation and their nefarious plans for the world.

CH1173: Raid on the Amphibious Base

The CoWB's last principal officer was the Jack of Club.

He wasn't technically a member of the CoWB. Instead, he was an Ethiopian arms dealer known to supply arms and ammunition to disenfranchised groups across the Horn of Africa region.

He advertised himself as the supplier for the oppressed minorities, which was why he was able to get into the good graces of the King of Club. He supplied all the arms, ammunition and other important military-type logistics to the CoWB.

This was of course until the agreement between the Faasoolya Coalition and the Sambossa Clan began to encroach onto his territory.

In fact, Horus Intel analysts suspect he might be a factor in the worsening relations between the King of Club and the old fogies of the Coalition.
