A group of Spec Ops operators are saved from the jaws of death by the intervention of the Supreme Law of Time. After waking from a coma, the team's leader finds himself bound to an alien symbiote. And thanks to the symbiote, the team is thrust into the hidden world of Will awakeners; individuals who use their Will to harness superhuman abilities. 
As if that wasn't bad enough, the team accidentally uncover a conspiracy by a powerful shadow organisation which then puts them in the central position in the fight against the organisation and their nefarious plans for the world.
Thus, begins the journey of the Soldiers chosen by Time!

CH1208: Result of Secret Peace Talks

Time: 2:00 pm (Local Time), 10 pm (Somali Time)

Operation Typhoon Time: 99hrs/ 100hrs.

President Nnamdi Isong was a very busy man these last four days.

He had held back-to-back meetings with various Heads of States or their representatives. Meetings which stood out were those with the British Prime Minister, the Russian President and the Chinese President. He also had a brief conversation with the US Secretary of Defence at his hotel when the latter came to visit.

Of course in all these conversations, at the front burner was the African Union's planned intervention on the continent, particularly the Somalia situation.
