A group of Spec Ops operators are saved from the jaws of death by the intervention of the Supreme Law of Time. After waking from a coma, the team's leader finds himself bound to an alien symbiote. And thanks to the symbiote, the team is thrust into the hidden world of Will awakeners; individuals who use their Will to harness superhuman abilities. 
As if that wasn't bad enough, the team accidentally uncover a conspiracy by a powerful shadow organisation which then puts them in the central position in the fight against the organisation and their nefarious plans for the world.
Thus, begins the journey of the Soldiers chosen by Time!

CH1254: The Incident I

Korede spent the entire day on the Minerva Campus without taking a step out. The campus had everything anyone would want at the basic level so one didn't feel the need to ever leave it, especially if one was a busy scientist and researcher.

Korede began preparing to leave for his meet with Iwatomi's father as the evening rolled in.

He didn't know what to expect as he had never met the man before. Heck, he didn't even know the man was in the picture as he had only ever met Iwatomi's older sister and her mother. Iwatomi always seemed down whenever the topic of father came up so he didn't bring it up as knew he lacked the EQ to navigate the turbulent waters that could arise if he did.

Plus, Iwatomi never brought it up either so he had considered it a no-discussion topic.
