Thousand Islands,_

A row of islands stretches out quietly in the Thousand Islands area. The fishing boats only docked at the island's pier. Almost no activity, let alone crowds.

Almost at every island pier in the Thousand Islands the ship maneuvers, introducing itself as a safe and comfortable mode of transportation.

The name Sebira only appeared in 1973 when a fisherman first set foot on the island, which is four hours from Lampung. Sebira is an acronym for SABAR AND GEMBIRA. [1] The name was given by Joharmansyah, a fisherman figure on Tile Island. He was the first to inhabit the island in 1973.

Sebira Island is located in the northernmost part of Pulau Seribu. Sebira Island is also known as 'The Guardian of the North' due to the presence of the Noord Wachter lighthouse. But the lighthouse is no longer operational. Even so, visitors can ask for permission to climb the lighthouse which was built in 1969 to see the island of Sebira from a height.
