~Joining the Scouts~

The next day I was woken up by Levi from him shaking me awake. "Let me guess we have training or something like that huh?" "How could you have ever gotten that right." "Wow I could feel the sarcasm from here please turn it down it's to early for me in the morning." "Well you'll just have to get use to it from now on." "Haven't felt this in a long time I guess I really will have to get use to it again." "Ok just hurry up and change we have work to do"

Once we had gotten outside everyone was looking at us both. I already knew why a criminal was with them and two Levi plain and simple even now he is still intimidating and has the usual face of 'I'll kick your ass' it was a funny look though. "So what do I have to do shorty?" Everyone looked at me like I was crazy for calling him shorty. Then I realized what I had done. "You will be doing hand to hand combat you'll be partnered with me." Again everyone looked at us shocked because he didn't hit me or tell me anything.

"Ok nice just telling you I have changed." "Oh I know that's why I want to see what I am working with on how you have improved." Before we even started a crowd had already formed around us to see us fight. Then a big boom had startled us. "OMG HEY SHORTY AND OTHER SHORT HOW ARE YOU THIS FINE MORNING!!? SORRY FOR INTURUPTING YOU BOTH LAST NIGHT THOUGH!!"

At that moment I felt so embarrassed. I looked at Levi and gave him a murderous glare and I turned to her and gave her a glare to. I could feel my own aura become murderous. I could feel everyone cowering in fear until Levi turned me to him and said. "It's fine you'll just have to get to this too now lets start where we left off."

We started our hand to hand combat. More people showed up and started watching. I think the commander had come to watch but I didn't care Levi and I were in our little world. We kept switching positions of who would pin each other down and who flipped who. I was having fun actually because I was back to Levi I had missed him so much over the years I didn't realize it. We were brought back to reality when the commander came up to us and said.

"Ok that is it you both are at a tie good job soldiers." "Wow she is really good." "Yeah they both are good they kept switching who had who." "It was amazing to see." "Of course they must both be the commander gave them a compliment and said it's a tie that has never happened before." "Ok brats get back to work shows over." "Hey you really did get better you know that I am proud of you." "Hey thanks that means a lot you know." "I f you don't mind can we talk somewhere private like my office once training is over?" "Yeah sure I don't mind"

Once training was over I had gone to Levi's office like he told me to meet him. "Name and business?" "Hey shorty you should know who this is I'm just gonna come in." I walked in like if it was so casual well it was for me. "So you said you wanted to talk to me earlier what for?" "Ok you know I don't like talking." "Obviously what does that have to with us talking?"

"I can't believe I'm going to say this but I missed you." "What you missed me. I missed you too shorty you know that right?" "So I also wanted to talk about what happened last time..." "Oh that..." "Would you want to?" "I would but I feel like we should take it slow though. Is that fine with you Levi." "Yes I am fine with that I just don't want to lose you again. Beside Farlan and Isabel would tell me I'm a chicken for not telling you. I had promised them I would tell you how I felt. Now I have finally lived up to that promise."

"Me too I had also promised but I only promised Isabel. I am glad I finally lived up to it." "No wonder you guys would always be on the roof talking late and Isabel would be squeaking out of her mind and you trying to hush her for some reason." "Hey leave us and our girl talk." As soon as I said that I felt my smile drop. "It's fine you know let it out." "No they wouldn't want to see us like this." "Your right lets fight for them okay." "Yeah for Farlan and Isabel."

We would always talk with each other before we went to sleep. We would talk about our old memories and the new ones we made. Along the way I make friends with Hanji and Levi's squad though I could tell one of his team members was trying to act like Levi a lot I would laugh at him when he tried to act like Levi. He would imitate Levi's 'tch' and the brat and to top it off how he dressed it was amusing to watch I wasn't going to lie.

(Time Skip to a few months)

Levi and I were happy in our little secret relationship. Though it really wasn't 'secret' we just didn't like to show it that much in front of people. Hanji and Erwin already knew because to them it was obvious and Hanji had told Erwin about her walking in on us. He thought is wouldn't work out but we showed him we could. He then accepted it and said for us to keep our hard work up.

(Time skip to a few years at least 2 I would say)

We were in a good place for our relationship for us both. Erwin trusted me and said I had great potential to become a captain. At first I was skeptical after talking to Levi about it he said It would be good for me. I had agreed to Erwin's idea about becoming a captain. It felt weird for me to be in charge of people.

Levi and I kept our relationship still a secret most of the times. Some people had figured it out but said nothing fearing Levi's wrath. Training my own squad doing my paperwork and keeping up with Levi was already hard enough. To top it all of I had insomnia the good thing about my insomnia was that I had mine under control. When I stayed in the underground it was horrible but being with Levi made it go down. I was still stressed with my new duties but it went down.

I still made time for Levi. We sometimes would do our paperwork together in his office. Other times we would fall asleep on his couch cuddling. We would be so tired from paper work we wouldn't even get to his room. By now it was our night routine go to his office do our paperwork together and sleep. "Levi lets rest now we have to get up early tomorrow and I just finished my paperwork." "Ok just wait a little more I have a few more papers to do." "Do you just want me to help you it will be faster." "No it's fine." "Please Levi." "Ok ok let's just hurry up so we can at least have a few hours to sleep."

After I finished helping him do his paperwork we went to his room to sleep. We both would get more sleep when we would sleep together. By the time we were asleep it was 2:00 in the morning. We had to wake up early in the morning because we had training and had to talk to the commander about the next expedition. Training went by quickly with our squads. When we were done Levi and I went to the commanders office to talk about the next expedition.

Levi and I sat next to each other. "You all know why you are here. We are here to talk about the upcoming expedition. Hanji wants to try to get test subject's." "As in titan(s)? Why what for could bringing them here could help? I would also say sorry for interrupting commander. But what use could they come to us. They could escape and come eat us." "Well I want to test them so we can learn about them. I will also take the fault." "Commander?" "We will do it. If it's to help humanity we will do it."

The meeting ended after that. "Levi I don't know how to feel we are putting soldiers at risk it could fail." "I know what are eyebrows and shitty glasses thinking." "Oh well I will tell my squad and then do my paperwork. I will come by later. Bye love you" "I love you too brat." I had just informed my squad that we had an up coming expedition and that we would train harder for the rest of the week.

"I'm so tired." "Me too lets just get the paperwork over with so we can sleep and wake up early in the morning." "Yeah your right." After a few hours we finished our paperwork and we cuddled in his bed. I couldn't wait till the expedition I wanted to see how would go. I knew Hanji was ready to get herself a titan but I didn't want to put soldiers in danger and send them to their demise. That was the last thing I thought of before I went to sleep.
