I'd love my mate to be like him.

The guards of the castle escorted us in, the hall was magnificent everything looked elegant,royal and cool at the same time. After entering my father busied himself with the introductions while I just followed him.

After waiting for ten minutes Sir Jackson ( I assume) took the mic and announced the entry of queen with lord Alan. Everyone bowed down, the door opened and I instantly got a sniff of the scent that have captured my mind for days.

"Rise".  A voice similar to my mate boomed .

I looked up and then everything froze, there stood my mate looking absolutely gorgeous in black complementing her olive skin. Her arms were linked with another male, lord Alan, my wolf was growing restless seeing another male close to her, at the same time I was happy to see her I even had some tears in my eyes.

He whispered something in her ear and she smiled. "How dare he, only we have the right to do that" my wolf growled inside my head. "Control yourself we cannot hurt lord Alan in his own territory". After this my wolf blocked me maybe to cool himself a little bit. While I sighed looking at my beautiful mate talking with other alphas. I have to talk to her as soon as I get a chance.

Third person's pov :

"Today we are gathered here to welcome a new member in our family and to perform a special ritual. " Ariel said after taking mic from Jackson. Alan pushed Jackson and Samantha on the stage.

" I, lord Jackson who has confirmed his loyalty to Queen Ariel accept Samantha Light as my only beloved. " Jackson said.

Samantha was shocked by this sudden change of events she looked at them with tears threatening to spill any moment.

Jackson handed the mic to Samantha "I Samantha Light accept Jackson Spencer as my mate."

People cheered loudly, supporting the new couple while Ariel hugged Samantha and took the mic from her.

"I Queen Ariel accept Samantha as a member of Spencer family, Do you Samantha Spencer accept Ariel Spencer as your Queen and promise to stay loyal to all vampire kind, especially to your Queen and promise to obey her commands?" Ariel asked in a clear voice. " I do".

Samantha replied with that I took a knife from Alan and made a small cut on mine and Samantha's hand then allowed our blood to mix. Jackson did the same with Samantha and strengthened their bond by saying " My life yours forever" Samantha repeated the same and their names appeared on each others wrists.

Many alpha's introduced themselves and their sons to me, but I was waiting for a particular alpha "I am Jordan Silvermoon the alpha of Silvermoon pack it's a pleasure meeting you again Ariel" a middle aged man said extending his hand with a smile. Finally the person I've been waiting for " it's Queen Ariel Alpha Jordan " I stressed on the word queen. "It's a little impolite to shake hands with our Queen, Alpha Jordan especially after you got banned. " Alan said.

Alpha Jordan took his hand back, his smile faded but he still introduced his son who was looking nervous how can this man shamelessly expect us to be normal around him I thought. "This is my son Liam Silvermoon" Alpha Jordan said proudly. " Nice to meet you Liam" I said this time extending my hand. Alpha Jordan looked surprised whereas Liam looked both scared and shocked .

"Liam it's not good to keep people waiting" Alpha Jordan said bringing him back from his thoughts "Pleasure is all mine" Liam said shaking my hand and placing a light kiss on my knuckles . "Are you both mates? "Alan asked." unfortunately no, but I woukd like my mate to be like him" I replied.

Alpha Jordan looked a little bit disappointed but he quickly covered it and said " you both can still become friends." I looked at Alan who was trying to control his laugh. "You are a great actor Alan " I mind linked him " I know I deserve an Oscar" he said "you surely do, now phase 2. "

"Liam how about you join us in meeting other alphas" Alan asked. "yeah that's a great idea go Liam make yourself some friends I'll join you after meeting some of my old friends" alpha Jordan said encouraging his son.

"If you don't mind Sir Alan I'd like to talk to Ariel alone" Liam spoke once his father left. "Sure man" Alan replied after a gave him a slight nod. "Go easy on the kid Ariel we need him alive for our revenge" Alan mind linked me and walked towards Jackson and Samantha. "What do you want to talk about Mr. Silvermoon" I asked hatred lacing my voice.

"I want a second chance Ariel. Please forgive me. I cannot think about anything except you. I thought that as a human you won't survive in our world. I rejected you to protect you. I regret ever rejecting you. Please accept me as your mate." he said with pleading voice and begging eyes. " It's okay Liam I forgive you " I said calmly.

" You do" he said with a smile showing relief. " Yeah but I don't want a weak mate either you won't survive in my world ex mate. I am thankful to you for rejecting me." I said replacing the smile on his face with tears in his eyes. "But you will need a king by your side" he said with hope "You are right but Don't worry ex mate. I'll find a second mate and will surely invite you to our wedding" I said crushing the last piece of hope he had. "I know what I did was wrong but how can you be so cruel. I said I am sorry. What do you want me to do, if you think that by saying this I'll stop then you are wrong I am going to chase you to the end of this world" with this he stormed out of the hall.
