A little intro :

" I was about to end her pitiful life when I saw my mate looking at me with eyes full of joy. He was happy that I believed him. That fucker I'll get even with him for this . While I was fuming with anger, I covered the scowl on my face with a smile, any one looking at me must think that I have gone mad, but the question is was I ever sane? I walked towards her " let's play a game" I whispered in her ear, feeling her shaking with fear.

Crimson moon's ascension: The vampire's alpha

Looks like communication in kitchen failed.

The ceremony is going to be very simple so I don't think I'll have to prepare anything.

It's still few hours to go till dinner, I guess I'll play some video games then. I went towards the living room and saw some teenagers hyping two other people who were currently immersed in a video game.

After a few more matches a guy with blonde hair was declared loser by a brown haired guy.

The blonde guy had a look on his face saying that he has been wronged " You... You cheater". The blonde guy said. "oh come on don't be a sore loser." the brown haired guy said.

While the rest of the teenagers around them were enjoying their conversation like it's pretty normal for them to be like this. Looks like I cannot play games as well.

Just as I was about to leave the blonde guy came to me and said " Luna you have to avenge me." he said while holding my arm. " he looks like a professional, aren't you afraid that I'll lose?". I asked him.

" Luna if you lose then we can ask alpha to take revenge for you, he is best when it comes to games." he replied.

"Brody you want me to play game with her? Stop being a pussy and stand up for yourself." the brown haired guy said.

"Stephen don't be so arrogant, I would have won if you would not have cheated." Brody replied still hanging on my arm. "controller." I said extending my hand towards Brody.

I took controller from Brody and sat down on the couch. I motioned for Stephen to sit down which he did after chuckling slightly.

We played about 5 matches out of which I lost two, Stephen won two as well and one round was tied. "You can do it Luna". Brody said while massaging my shoulders.

All the other people that surrounded me were also cheering for me. I slightly cracked my neck, rotated my wrist and started the sixth match , I must admit that Stephen guy is good at games, his only weakness is that he is tooooo patient.

I decided to go all out this round and attack before he has a chance to recover. I was about to win this round when I heard someone clear his throat.

All the cheering stopped and everyone turned to find their alpha with his eyes fixed on their Luna.

Stephen and I were completely absorbed in the game to notice anything around us. With the last hit I won the game and turned around to find Eric standing next to me.

" wanna play? " I asked him. He nodded in response. I took the controller from Stephen and handed it to Eric, and motioned for Stephen to move.

Eric sat next to me and restarted the game. We played four intense rounds and none of us won.

Before we can start next round Chelsea came to tell us that the dinner was ready. " I'm still a bit rusty." Eric said. " really you call that rusty?". I said rolling my eyes. " love if it was four years ago I would have won every single round." I just nodded at his statement and went towards the dinning room.

Playing games
