“Now? But what about Katia and Felicity? Have you told anyone about this?”
“The staff know, and Katia will shortly. She and Wes can hold everything down here and in town. As for Felicity, she’s coming with us and will meet us there later today after she helps get everything in order.”
Waverly looked at him dumbfounded. It was all happening too fast. The attacks, deaths, now they were running?
“How long will we be gone?”
“I’m not sure. All I know is I want you safe and that isn’t possible here anymore.” Sawyer headed over to her and handed her a smaller suitcase. “I’ll meet you in the car, okay?”
Waverly nodded. She had so many more questions, but understood it was best not to poke—at least, not right now.
