CHAPTER ONE❤A NEW START

My  family has moved to another town meaning everything will be all new,like new house,new school, new neighbours,new environment and most importantly new friends.We could have stayed where we lived but my dad got a new better paying job and so we had to start everything a fresh,to forget the past and accept the future.

"Hey guys I just got off the phone with the Principal of your new school,you guys start school on Monday and you have to be there before classes start at 8 meaning we have a whole weekend to go shopping and other stuff,"dad said."Is it the school down the lane about half a mile from here,"my mom asked."Yeah that's the one I here the ambassador to France used to study there,the Principal tells me they have a huge cafeteria,a main hall and lots of sports to play,I think he also mentioned something about a music teacher exchange programme or something like that,now how does that sound kids?"he asked.We were not paying attention at all since we were really worried cause the new school year had already began meaning we would probably be the only new kids in school and that  was not okay."Hey I asked you guys a question!!"he said."Ooh sorry dad were just thinking about how its so great,"I lied. Fortunately  I'm not a good liar and my dad always sees it in my eyes."You lying if this is all about being the only new kids in school  don't stress over it too much...... I know you guys would want to stay at your old school and hang out with your friends but I explained to you why I had to take the job in this town,for our future's sake,you get me guys,"he said."We get you dad,its for our future we just have to have a good first impression and that will make us fit in within no time,"my sister Via replied."I like you spirit but ever since we moved, you guys barely get out of the house especially you Chris,you can't expect to get new friends by just locking yourselves in the house,get out and face the fact that we moved and that is never going to change,now I want the both of you to talk to other people this weekend before school on Monday and just get to know them make A NEW START, "he said."Thanks dad you give the best advice,no offence mom, so we will definitely try to get out of the house and talk to people but first let's eat I'm starving,"I said.Ever since we moved here times have been very tough for me and my sister.None of us know anybody from around here and we lost most of our former friends' numbers when we moved,our situation is very complicated but we have learnt to deal with it.                                        

        A few minutes later

"Hey Chris I here there's a skate park nearby do you wanna check it out tomorrow morning before we go shopping?"Via asked.I was really surprised cause we barely got out of the house,how on earth did Via know there was a skate park nearby,it was a tough question that couldn't hurt to ask so I  did."We barely get out of the house how did you know there was a skate park nearby?"I asked."Well I might have overheard some girls talking about it when I was taking out the trash,"she replied."Ooh in that case we will check it out tomorrow,"I said.
