CHAPTER THREE❤THE WEEKEND PART TWO

Its Sunday,tomorrow is my first day at a private school and I'm both excited and worried at the same time.The previous school Via and I  went to was an International school so I expect everything to be different.So today were going shopping,yesterday I went to bed early before my parents came home meaning we haven't met since they left.

"Mom are you ready to go shopping  I made a list just incase we may forget something,"I said."Sweetie can you help me set the table,wait for your father he told me he wants to talk to you and your sister,okay,"she said."Okay,"I replied.

After I helped my mom set the table Via arrived and when I told her dad wants to talk to us,she was like 'I didn't do anything,Nobody can prove I took that girls shoes'  she totally did something but I doubt thats what dad wants to talk to us about.

"Hey guys,morning can you please get those bags over there for me?"he requested.

After we brought the bags he opened one of the bags and took out somekind of clothes."What are those?"Via asked."These are your new uniforms,"he said."Wait, what uniforms who said nothing about no uniforms can't we just go with our regular clothes like in our previous school,"I kinda flipped for a second there but for a noble cause."Wait,so your saying everybody there wears the same clothes,"Via asked."Yep,that's the rules,and you have to follow them,"Dad replied."We already went shopping for you guys cause I  figured you would not like the uniforms but that's now history,go try on the uniforms,"he said.

         A   few  minutes  later

"This uniforms look stupid,what kind of  person made this uncomfortable piece of  silk,"I protested.I  wasn't lying,the uniforms looked stupid and they were actually very itchy."You guys look good,like normal students,except for the weird attitude and short temperedness,"mom said.She wasn't all wrong,our family has been known for our weird attitude and most definitely our short temperedness,there was this day some women started mocking my mom,well to cut the story short,my mom dropped some savage burns that gained her and our family respect.There was also another time my dad's car got scratched by some guys bike,he like totally flipped,all hell rained on that guy.My dad caused a hell of a scene,he almost beat up that guy,nobody gets between him and his Mercedes.

"Anyway that's your school attire  deal with it,"dad said.

"But--"

"No buts Chris deal with it,end of story."

Ouch that hurt so I keep my mouth shut embarrassed by my own father.

A few seconds later Via starts sneezing uncontrollably.

"I think I'm allergic to this silk,Its gonna get me sick if I wear this."

"Ooh is that so dear...hey!Nice try but you also have to wear your uniform."Mom said.

"But Mom its making me sneeze."

"Sorry dear but you also have to deal with it."

"That is so unfair!"Via yelled.

"Do not raise your voice at me young lady.What surprises me is that Logan's jacket was made of the same silk but you weren't sneezing back then when you wore it."

The mention of Logan made Via completely dumbstruck.Point of advice,if your boyfriend gives you his jacket to protect you from the cold,and your parents especially your mom  is not cool with you dating at that age,don't forget to give it back.This happened to Via and long story short,she lost T.V for a month, no phone, no laptop and she was grounded for about 2 months.Ooh and my mom broke Via's relationship with Logan  so that's why Via was dumbstruck when my mom mentioned Logan.

"Okay I'll wear the uniform at least it won't kill me."She said and ran upstairs to her room.

"All this over perfectly good uniform,kids these days,"dad told my mom laughing.

"Via are you okay,"I said knocking on the door to Via's room.

"Come in please,"she said and I opened the door.

She looked like she had been crying so I leaned over on her bed and hugged her.

"The uniforms aren't that bad,please don't cry any more."I tried to sympathize.

"I'm not upset about the uniforms,well a lot but I'm more upset about Logan.I miss him a lot and I know I will most likely never see him ever again,so all I can do is cry my heart out hoping to feel better."She said sobbing.

"I'm sorry about Logan but he's not coming back.I think he already has another girlfriend."

"Already!Its like he was not at all affected by our unexpected break up."She sobbed even more.

"Don't cry siz that jerk didn't deserve anyone like you."

"You really think so,"she said smiling at last.

"Yeah.Now stop crying and think about tomorrow----"she interrupted.

"I completely forgot about tomorrow,I need to prepare for my class introduction and also my hair needs braiding."She spoke really fast getting more and more  excited  by the minute.

"Good to see your back to your old self again,"I said and started heading out of Via's room.

"Wait!!!"I heard Via shout so I turned around to listen to what she had to say.

"Tomorrow,I think you should  look for the Scooter squad and apologize for what happened yesterday don't you think?"She looked at me curiously expecting a direct answer but I wasn't sure so I said the first thing that  came to my mind.

"I'll think about it,"I said immediately and left Via's room to avoid more questions.

I was not at all excited about school but a funny feeling of interest was developing in me.I couldn't wait to see how the next day would turn out.Maybe good maybe bad who knows.

Hey y'all its you author Clinton Makoli over here.First of all I would like to apologize for not writing for months.I've been very busy with school lately I forgot all about this.But there is some good news,from now on I will be working double time to give you at least two full chapters a week.
