Bleu's Domain: The Reincarnated High Elf (1)

I opened my eyes.

Her messy velvet hair spread across the white bed, long eyelashes fluttered, a slightly red tint to it. Her shoulders rose and fell together with her slow breaths, the motion accompanied by the little parting movements of her red lips.

Not the time to take advantage of this isn't it?

I moved my fingers to remove that stray strand of hair stuck to her forehead. Huh, it's a wonder that demons still sweat but I guess that just makes us more human.

Probably sensing my touch, she kicked her feet and brought herself closer to me.

A sense of fatigue washed ashore…

I wrapped my arms around her back and hugged her. I want to just fall asleep again even though we've arrived in Bleu's domain…

Yes, I did sleep with Liliath in the real world, just that we slept on the floor with the couch cushions acting as the head pillow. Sleeping on the floor was in a sense more uncomfortable to the neck than my back.

Then as I recalled how we flirted and tease each other, skinship-- we even cuddled at one point, the feeling of her breast was wonderful-- I'm not lying. And it's totally legal cuz she's already mine so shut up!

I felt something soft press against my back. Hm..?

I opened my eyes.

I met her eyes, she moved forwards and our nose touched. She had that sort of 'ehehe', sly yet cute expression on her face.

"That isn't you right Liliath?" I asked.

"Huh?"

That feeling on my back.. I'm pretty sure those are supposed to be breasts but.. Liliath was in front of me and her breasts weren't pressed against me or anything so that shouldn't be possible..

Okay.. let's not turn around, rather, I should first sit up before turning around…

Then I realized how there was a slender arm holding me down.

"Um…"

Liliath, who noticed the oddity in my actions-- took the hand holding me down and tossed it back to the person in question.

I slowly got up, Liliath following suit and we both turned to..

At first, I thought it was Prune, but it was actually an unknown girl.. or should I say:

IT'S AN ELF.

"Noel…" Liliath sent me a questioning gaze.

"It's not me.." I raised both my hands in arrest.

Brown-blonde hair and sharp pointy ears. She was wearing like.. an oversized shirt and hotpants? Her thighs were showing. I was expecting a 'majestic beauty' when it came to elves but first impressions of this specimen made me think that this elf somehow got kicked out of its colony and was forced to do mercenary work. That's an exaggeration.

"Rise and shine, another day to kill," said Nine, stretching his body. He was situated on the other side of the bed.

Prune too soon rose to a sitting position like a metal spring going 'boing'. Her hair fell to the front, covering her face. I couldn't see her expression but she must be dying to sleep right about now.

Last but not least, the elf stirred awake. Still lying on the bed, she opened her hazy olive eyes and blinked a few times.

"Time to.. ah, took you a while." Bleu's voice echoed. This blue haired goddess with golden eyes wearing a black suit and tight skirt-- for some reason-- said with a smile. Let's ignore the plastic butcher's knife-toy she had in hand kay?

"Nnm?"

I took my distance from the elf and got off the bed together with Liliath.

"An elf?" Nine asked with a yawn.

"Seems.. so.." Liliath arranged her hair.

"Pointy ears?" Prune asked, her ears wiggled.

"Yeah."

Just saying but I guess elves in this world have large chests. One particular concept that stuck to me was how depending on the author, light novels either had a race of elves that were cursed with a board chest or a race of elves that were blessed with bombastic breasts-- and everything in between. This world created by my TALENT is the latter.. I guess.

"I heard that~" Bleu turned the sharp end of the toy cleaver to us.

"Shush, don't say anything," Nine said.

Huh.. so it's not just me thinking inappropriate things.

"Hn.. Where am I..?"

"Welcome~"

The elf jumped when she saw Bleu, her eyes swam, she took a breath-- or two and calmed herself.

"It was you, wasn't it?" her voice wasn't super girly.. a more mature kind of tone? I suppose?

"Yes, It was I who blessed you with a second chance in life."

Second chance in life? What's this new plot development here.. none of our business right? No, it's already too late, the ball already rolled into our court.

The elf looked around and failed to notice us behind Liliath's ready-made concealment barrier. The endless, glittery white expanse, infinitely tall pillars with streams of elixir falling down from above. The oversized silk bed she sat on, the set of couches and the coffee table atop the red rug.

She was fortunate that Bleu moved us to some location that was farther away from the Leviathan tank. You could actually see the diamond wall from here-- very far in the distance. She turned to Bleu.

I'm having deja vu here.

"Where I'm I?"

"Welcome to my domain Laura-chan."

"Thank you?"

"Yea?"

"Thank you for another chance to redo my mistakes O' Goddess of Comfort, Bleu-sama!!"

Eh.. what?

"Wait, nobody told me Bleu was the goddess of comfort?" I said, the mana sphere I held in my hand to practice some magic to kill time ruptured. I'll have to do it again...

"Hm? Were we not briefed on that in the past?" Liliath said.

"So that makes 13 gods. Bleu is the one who holds the highest position in it," Nine calculated.

"Could I ask for the reason I was summoned to this plane? I see there exists no spirits here.." asked the elf.

"It's the other way around in truth, you've come by your own accord. I've been awaiting your arrival ever since the day you came to be," Bleu said with a motherly smile. Oh, it's been a while since I've seen that side of her… way to put up a sho..

A toy cleaver came my way and embedded itself into an invisible force field right in front of my face.

-- nice save Liliath.

"Shut it."

Hey, why was Bleu being so aggressive? Did we turn on a switch or something?

"That is.."

"It's my creator together with his friends.. Nine, do you want ANOTHER knife to the head too?" Bleu asked with an ominous smile. She took out a real butcher's blade this time, metal and all.

Oh, so she was aiming for him and not me but I swear my neck could've been chopped off. Was her aim that bad?

"No violence, no violence," Nine backed away and said half laughing.

"Noel.. Liliath," now Bleu's aim was turned to me.

Liliath held my hand, showing Bleu a dominating smile.

"Creator?" The elf looked like she didn't get it.

"Are we having another fight? I'll go take some refreshments first if that's the case.." Prune raised her hands and walked over to the coffee table.

"Yes, no need to be afraid, this sort of thing happens often when you're able to read another person's thoughts," Bleu said proudly with her hands placed on both sides of her hips.

"Then it proves true this notion I've always believed that Gods are able to peer into our thoughts.. they are.. that can't be possible right?"

"It's hard to believe but they came from the otherworld you know?" Bleu explained.

So after a little turmoil, everyone came together around some tea and coffee to introduce ourselves.

"Laura Rozchld An. Aria, a pleasure to meet you," the elf, Laura-san said.

""Nice to meet you.""

"Same here."

"Likewise."

"So is it true? That.. you four are reincarnated and that one of you is the creator of this world?" Just like how Prune could perk up her ears, her's moved in a similar fashion with the only difference being the type of ears.

"Sorta.." I said.

"Noel is the creator of this world, it's alright, he can't really do much about it even if wanted to."

"Reeally?" Nine drawled--

"I don't mean you."

"In that case, I would like to say foremost I apologize and to overlook my conduct earlier if any of which offended anyone in, that I did not intend because.. I.. I didn't think that you were the creator of the world.." her voice quivered at the end as she lowered her head.

"You don't need to do that. Besides Noel, everyone else is just normal," Prune said.

"Yup, 'normal' is the only right word to describe us," Nine nodded.

"Then I shall be in your care, my utmost gratitude for having me here.. is there any reason for my presence? Was there some revelation I should know in preparation for the war ahead?" Laura asked, a serious expression on her face.

War? What? There's going to be war?

"No, nothing like that. But.. since you're here I need to pass you an important piece of information that would change the course of Fate. Liliath, can I ask you to set up the sword practice and magic practice? I have to talk to Laura-chan for a bit," Bleu waved.

"Understood."

"Yup."

Bleu then turned to Laura. Both wearing a similar serious expression.

Bleu took in a deep breath and opened her mouth.

"Jiwon-san's heart is going to get stolen by Moirae-san if you don't do something about it! Are you on the way to Erudite Kingdom? Things aren't looking good on your end. He already won over her stomach and Moirae is making moves on him.." Bleu started spouting some important nonsense at machine gun speed. Laura's face paled.

"Noel, Prune, Nine," Liliath called out, "It's time we go?"

"O-Okay then," I said. It's a lie. I didn't want to go, I was curious but..

Nine and Preun were too busy eavesdropping to reply so Liliath forcefully teleported us to the training site.
