The Path of the Gray Dragon

* Moments before the start of the battle * 


"Ashes, time to get out of here" said Magnitos upon entering the room "Can you walk?" 


Ashes got up from the bed, but as he set foot on the floor, his body began to shake. He had to use the nearest wall for support to keep his balance. 


Magnitos rushed to Ashes and helped him, encircling the gray dragon's right arm above him. 


"The battle hasn't started yet, right?" Ashes asked. 


"Fortunately, no" answered Magnitos "However, we have only evacuated a third of the population of the Capital by the moment". 


"Unfortunately, yes. Several of the upper class in the eastern area refuse to share a place with the middle and lower class. That has created conflict and delayed the evacuation." 


"I already took them out of the Capital. They were among the first in ...".
