Gisele and the boy.

You Make Me Wanna: Usher

"Did I tell you how fucking sexy you look in that skirt?"

"Oh my god Bennn, everyone can hear you!"

"Yeah, we can."

Bianca's comment quickly killed the couple's not so hushed sweet nothings.

Gisele immediately turned pink, attempting to find a change of subject while Bennett kept his composure, wrapping an arm around his girlfriend.

"Then you're welcome. Probably the most action you've been getting anyway."

He exchanged a grin with Logan who fist bumped him in encouragement.

"Excuse me? Well I'm sorry if I have moral standards as to whom I sleep with."

"Hey don't worry about it B, at least you'll be super tight...you know because you're uptight and all."

Logan's comment earned a jeer from his male cohorts, with the exception of Leonard, who was far too concerned with Bennett's lingering hand currently making its way under Gisele's skirt. Bianca's rising volume and pitch slowly faded out as Leonard's gaze flickered between the happy couples' faces.

He knew what had happened sometime between yesterday and today. Bennett had come over, wooed Gisele with some flowers and Hallmark captions...and he had won her over...once again.

It was a vicious ongoing cycle that everyone knew, and one Leonard had become a recurring guest star of.

He had never intended to become the home-wrecker or 'other man', however there was just too much chemistry between the two. It was undeniable. She was captivating in ways other than her 'nice tits and pretty face'. Bennett's words of endearment.

She could write lyrical masterpieces, writing away on her loose pages - the Usain Bolt of writing. She was afraid of Dobby from Harry Potter, grossed out by the smell of grass. And her guilty pleasure?

Leonard Kingsley.

Did Bennett know any of that?

He wouldn't.

Afterall, that Gisele...the real Gisele, was exclusively his Gisele.

Gisele and Bennett stood up from the table, grabbing their belongings.

"We...have to go see a teacher."

Gisele announced, her eyes briefly meeting Leonard's.

"Oh okay, can I 'go see a teacher' with you?"

Logan mocked, earning a slap from Bianca.

"Not today!"

Bennett called back, Gisele already walking out the cafeteria doors.

Immediately after they made their absence, Logan turned to Bianca grinning.

"So B, who's gonna be the lucky man? Or woman?"

Bianca's expression remained monotonous.

"As soon as I find them, I won't let you know."

She shot him a forced smile. Before Logan could respond with a quip of his own, she gestured towards Gisele and Bennett's empty seats.

"What is up with them? Was it not 'I am cutting Bennett out of my life, time to cut out toxicity' with her on Wednesday?"

Leo put his apple down to hear Logan's response.

Logan shrugged, "Toxicity has good dick game, that's unbeatable B."

Bianca rolled her eyes.

"He's sure good at being one too."

"Bennett hooks up with chicks all the time but they don't mean shit to him. The only one he truly cares about has always been Gisele Hamilton. You should hear him after a break up; dude does not handle his tear ducts well."

"So just because a man does not conform to society's idea of masculinity, he loves her? Oh please, I'm sure he loves her when he's balls deep in Tiffany, Caitlyn or Hoeisha."

Logan took a moment to look down at the table, body shaking with laughter as he silently whispered 'Hoeisha.' "What do you think Leonard Bernard? You and Gisele are tight. Has she said anything?"

Both pairs of eyes were trained on Leo now. He cast a glance over at Logan.

Keep up the act.

"Reckon he won her over with romantic gestures or some shit along the lines of that. Per usual."

Bianca immediately rolled her eyes, groaning out a 'typical'. Logan's narrowed eyes crinkled as he gave a toothy grin. "My man."

Gisele, the things I endure for you.

He later caught her on the east stairwell of the second floor alone. "Hey."

As she looked up, she feigned her look of initial disgruntlement to a look of surprise.

"Leo! Haven't seen you much today have I?"

She scrummaged around her backpack as they walked, avoiding eye contact.

"So you and Bennett? Happy wife, happy life?"

Slight bitter tonality escaped his voice. There was only so much acting he could manage within an hour.

Gisele paused for a second. She resumed her scrummaging,

"Yeah, I'm always over exaggerating what he does...I'm not exactly innocent either."

"Come on Gi, you're not a great liar."

She finally met his gaze.

"What do you want me to do about it? I love him Leo. You don't know all the intimate aspects of our relationship - what he's like when it's just us. You wouldn't. And I don't expect you to know, you're not a part of the relationship."

There was unspoken tension that flickered between the two as Leonard studied her face.

"Oh I'm not? You're right. Getting calls at 3am about how he stood you up, driving out to pick you up because you broke up once again and he drove off...being the boyfriend he should be...you're right. I have nothing to do with your relationship."

Gisele's gaze faltered.

"I-"

"What are these so called intimate aspects huh? Is it the way he tells you how gorgeous you look before going for a quickie in the storage closet? Or oh! How he doesn't use a condom because he wants to feel all of you? Tells you that he wouldn't mind having a baby with you...not preempted by his own selfish motives? That'd be the small glimpse I get of your oh so romantic Bennett Badeux."

When he looked back, Gisele's eyes were now brimmed with tears.

"Fuck you Leonard."

The words didn't sting as much as seeing her on verge of tears. Tears that he had caused. But he was on a roll.

"Well, you've already been there done that haven't you."

As she stormed off, Leonard immediately felt a pool of regret in his stomach.

He wouldn't be getting any calls that night.
