Before Bianca, there was Rayna Sutherland. 


The girl that stood in front of him held no resemblance to the girl he had known all those years. Her mascara streaked down her cheeks. Her cool demeanour was long gone. 


"I've been sleeping wi-no. I'm in love with him." 


It appeared as though Leonard's silence only ignited fear in Rayna. 


"She knows, doesn't she? She wants to gut me and kill me. Oh god, do you think her mother knows? I'm the worst person alive." 


Leonard had never been taught what was the appropriate thing to say to someone who had been the other woman. To her best friend's dad no less. 


She continued to hiccup, attempting to maintain some composure, wiping the snot from her nose.
