Love is no doubt, a right itself that must be given to both of the lovers and from both sides. One of its right is, let's take the case of marriage that husband must know everything about his wife.

And so same is with the wife that she must know everything, whether it is related to his bad side or to his good ones, she must know everything.

And as Riddhima didn't know before of a girl who has loved Vansh and because of his one lie, she spoiled her life, Riddhima is diappointed now to know that.

So, Riddhima was asking from Vansh that how she used to take care of him and how she had become the medicine of his pain in just a week.

She was saying that she must asked him before about this, "I need to have mentioned it before. How did she take care of you?"
