New beginning

My baby graduated college. She is now working for the same lawyer job that gave her a job when she was pregnant; she felt like it was best to repay them that way. We bought another beautiful house. Since our twin was getting bigger they were messing up the white interior at the beach house. So we put it for lb&b while we settle in this new neighborhood. It was mostly Wood like designed and very modern. 4 bedrooms, 4 baths. I still like the other house better. But this house was way bigger. Plus great school in the area.

Joana: Babe have you seen my briefcase?

Derin: After 4 years of marriage you'd think I can help with that right but no.

Joana: Haha yeah, You dropping the kids or I am?

Derin: Baby am running late. You need to calm your cravings in the morning, am sick of blaming my tardiness on my imaginary Dog

Joana: You the one that poke me each morning. You know how I process that.

Derin : Haha yeah

Joana: Am starting to think am being set up every morning?

I smiled Cause I do set her up every morning. I love that she never say no. I kissed her, Walked outside and drove to work, interesting to see what crazy story Jerry going to tell me today.

Jerry: Yo, we need to talk

He said pulling up in the parking lot the same time as me.

Derin: Is it about Keisha?

Jerry: Yeah

Derin: Married life is a blessed life my brother.

Jerry: I agree. But She is a monster while she is pregnant. Everything I do is wrong.

Jerry: You and Joana don't have that problem. I bet you still get some

Derin: Haha that's confidential my guy.

Jerry: We going to the gym later?

Derin: Sure you look stress

Jerry: More like a squirel tryna catch a nut.

I laughed at him. Walked inside where our boss was waiting for us inside. I thought we were in trouble by the amount of stress he showed in his face

Derin: Hey boss. Do I set down my bag or Ima going to...

Boss: Shut up am thinking

Jerry: Bro that's your thinking face? You look a little constipated

Boss: Dont talk Jerry, Thats not your gift.

Derin: Haha bro

Boss: We have a big client. Paying us double for this project

Derin: What are they selling?

Boss: Baby products

Derin: Hmm

He gave us the information we need to work. Putting emphasis on how important this is. Jerry's contributions extremely inappropriate. After a while I think the boss just ignored him.

Jerry: I had my hands up for about 30 minutes now you guys

Derin: Just say it Jerry

Jerry: Okay what about..

Boss: No

Jerry: You don't know what I was going to say?

Derin: Hmm go head

Jerry: Imagine Babies on the moon

Jerry: They would only have the helmet but the lotion would protect their skin.

Derin: We will put that as a possibility

In my office. I love the over size table. It makes me feel so important. My babies are with my parents. I was ecstatic to hear my mom finally retired. Now I was able to dropt the twins.. I have taking 4 cases so far. I haven't lost one. I was built for this. But I wanted a vacation with my husband and kids. But after each win more client would come barging in. The CEO of the place loves the new business. I remember when this place was fighting speeding tickets. Now we have a waiting list.

Boss: Hey!

My boss was short. He looked like he had alot of hair when he was younger, But now the middle was gone

Joana: Hello

Boss: Do you want to take another case? I know you close your last case yesterday

Joana: I need a mental break. I need at least two weeks.

Boss: I understand, We have been stretching you thin.

Joana: Thank you. I'll take my leave. See you in two weeks

Boss: I can't debate you won 4 casses back to back. It's just your the best we have..

Joana: Trust Me, Everyone went to a better school than me

Boss: Yet talent and passion cannot be taught

Those are the words that caught me last time. Let me hurry up before he guilt me into taking another case.

I said heading out the door. I made it home before my husband, Thought I should ask if he wanted to take a vacation?

We still had a maid but on the weekends. I seen Jerry and Derin coming inside with piles and piles of paper work.

Joana: Hey

I said smilling

Jerry: Good your cooking. I am starving

Derin: Hey baby

He walked up kissing me and slaping my butt. He is something else. I decided to go pick up the babies while I let the food cool down. My mom didn't live far. I miss my babies soo much. Derin seems consumed with work. I pull up to my mom house. She was running after my babies in the front yard.

Kids: Momyy

Joana: Hi babies.

Mom: Oh I thought I had a couple of more hours with my grand babies?

Joana: I got a few days off

Mom: When you making more kids Joana?

Joana: Were talking about it.

I lied

Mom: You not going to be young forever.

I was so greateful my kids came out. I rushed them to my silver Lexus.

Joane: Mom

My daughter said

Joana: Yes?

Joane: Can I stay at grandma's for the weekend. I want to go to church

Joana: Were going to church as well.

Joane: Yeah, but with grandma is better

Joana: Um okay baby

Derin jr: Not me.

I made it home to find Jerry and his wife in my kitchen. Eating the food I made.

Joana: Soo Keisha you couldn't cook?

Keisha: Jerry text saying your cooking. You never cook a little, So why would I cook?

Jerry: Thanks, it was delicious.

I shook my head smilling, leaving her stuffing her face. I got my babies ready for dinner. I love my little familly so much.
