Bang! Bang! Bang!
"Sir Lu Ciel!!" A feminine voice was knocking on the door to the point that it can already disturb other people. Thankfully, this female receptionist was in the training area where each room was soundproofed and will not hear anything unless its the specific door that's being knocked or someone speaking in front of that door -- that's the only time that the person inside will a sound or a noise.
"Bang! Bang! Bang!
"SIR, WAKE UP!!!" After knocking fof a long time, the refined receptionist who always show his professionality, now, finally showed his murderous side.
With that, the door finally opened. An appearance of a young man showed, rubbing his still drowsy eyes as he muttered, "What time is it?"
"I'm sorry to bother you, sir, but your stay is already overdue. Please do pack up already and get the hell out of here as the person that elder Bai has sent to pick you up has been already long waiting." The receptionist smiled sweetly as he notified the fat young man of what was happening. Hearing this, Lu Ciel's drowsy eyes fully woke up, but what made him fully awake though was the murderous aura that was emitting behind her sweet smile.
This made Lu Ciel's back wet with cold sweats as he left the training room right away. He was thankful he was able to take a bath before going to sleep last night, or else, he would have to leave stinky and without proper hygene.
In the reception area, Lu Ciel saw a young man at the same age as him, sitting straight as his foot was tapping and his hands holding straight on his knees as his index finger was tapling his knee cap as well. Clearly, this young man's patience was at the point of running out already.
Lu Ciel hurriedly went to the young man and bowed, "I'm sorry, I overslept.".
"Tsk." The young man looked up and down at Lu Ciel, feeling irritated from making him wait to a human. After confirming the person that he's waiting, he only stood as he told him to follow. "Lets go."
With that, Lu Ciel only nodded as well as they walked out of the Hunter Guild. The young man was a mixed blood giant, elf and dwarf making him as tall as Lu Ciel but with a big boned structure.
Lu Ciel observed that this young man will not say anything for some time which was great for him as he will have time to double check on his System. Thus while walking for some time, he opened his System to review his

"Eh?" Lu Ciel got surprisingly confused. Elder Bai explained to him that whenever an individual with a special hunter license level up. He would gain nine stats to be automatically allocated according to one's class and five free point for one to freely allocate to whatever stats he chose. With that, for a Mage or Special Mage class, the points to be automatically allocated will be solely to the Wisdom Stats, that he understood from seeing his previous 19 points Wisdom turning into 28, but, what he did not understood was that his Strength and Vitality gained one point each.
However, being perceptive, Lu Ciel's eyes shined in realization that he must have gained it from working out.
'I thank me for working hard.' Lu Ciel got thankful inwardly that his three days workout so far has gained him some results. It is true though, results were showing despite from starting to work out three days ago only. His obyss form is not that obyss anymore.
After checking his Stats, Lu Ciel moved to his Skills. He can't help but be happy from gaining four skills right away even though he have not yet started Dungeoneering -- a term for entering dungeons to hunt monsters and demons and conquer it. And, he was even able to level it up to its maximum [Common] level.

Lu Ciel marvelled at how fast he was able to max out the three manipulation skills in just three days. He can't help but have a vague feeling that there must be more to it. Thus, he asked the silent young man beside him. "Say, bro.."
Hearing Lu Ciel started to speak to him, the young man's eyebrows started to twitch in annoyance. "My name is not bro, human. My name Mo Del."
'Model?'
"Pfft.." Lu Ciel almost burst out laughing from hearing the young man's introduction.
"What's funny?" The young man, Mo Del irritatedly growled at Lu Ciel.
"Quell your anger, Del-bro." Lu Ciel tried to appease the young man as he made up some explanation to distract him. "Back in my place, bro is a short word for brother which implies one's respect and friendliness to the other individual."
"Hmph!" The young man faced Lu Ciel with a mocking. "We're definitely not brother, Human."
"Precisely!" Though, Mo Del emphasized the word human to let Lu Ciel realized how lowly his race is, Lu Ciel did not mind it as if he did not understand the young man's mockery and continued to explain further calmly. "Since we're not brothers, that's why we say "bro" to show our respect and friendliness to another individual."
Mo Del only got silent once more after hearing Lu Ciel's explanation since it made sense as he continued to lead him to the Alchemy Guild.
With that, Lu Ciel continued with his previous intention with talking to the young man. "Anyway, I just want to know if there are some sort of ranking towards pills. Can you tell me more about it if there's any?"
Hearing Lu Ciel's inquiry, Mo Del can't help but take advantage at giving him a mocking gaze. However, Lu Ciel just defended himself, smiling wryly.
"Spare me, Del-bro. I just got introduced to alchemy three days ago, and the old man did not provide a full introductory of this vocation." Lu Ciel was now sure with his thought that there might really be more to it. He was able to think about this when he saw the text [Common] on the description of his skills.
"Old man?" Mo Del raised his eyebrows.
"Yes, uhm, elder Bai." Lu Ciel nodded.
"Oh." Mo Del finally stopped mocking Lu Ciel. "So, you really are his Alchemy disciple that he's been boasting to the other elders."
"Eh?" Lu Ciel got surprised as he asked with an intention of humbling himself. "Why would he boast at someone who's ignorant?"
"Nevermind." Mo Del looked at Lu Ciel as he sighed, remembering something. "Pills are also divided into six ranks just like how items are..you know the division of item's tier, right?"
"Of course." Certainly, Lu Ciel knew about this as it was a part of System knowledge that was injected in his mind.
With the confirmation, Mo Del continued with his explanation. "Pills are ranked as Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythic and Growth as well, but each rank is divided into four grades. That's how complicated Alchemy is."
Mo Del intentionally stop his explanation as he looked at Lu Ciel to see his surprised reaction. However, he was disappointed with his anticipation as he only saw Lu Ciel was fully focused on absorbing the knowledge that he learned. With that, Mo Del could only do was to continue.
"Pill grades are divided depending on the quality or the effectivity of a pill. One percent to 33 percent, this is a low-grade pill. 34 percent to 66, this is a medium-grade pill. 67 to 99, it is high-grade, but if it is already at 95 to 99 percent, it is being called as quasi-grade. Finally, 100 percent, it is the Perfect-grade pill." As Mo Del mentioned the perfect-grade pill, his eyes sparkled as he starts to explain about it. "Perfect-grade pills has the chance that it can become a Growth rank pills. An example of this is that when elder Bai refined a Perfect-grade, Rare rank pill ten years ago called Vitality. Right now, this pill is about to breakthrough into medium-grade, Legendary rank pill, and it said to have a chance that it will grow into a high-grade pill."
Hearing what Mo Del has been saying, Lu Ciel realized that this young man must be a big fan of elder Bai's work. He can't help but think how great his master is.
"Thanks for the information, Del-bro." As Mo Del finished his piece, Lu Ciel bowed with fist gesture as he followed up another question. "So how does the Alchemy exam works?"
Hearing this question, Mo Del can't help but only sigh. Elder Bai must have anticipated that his chosen disciple will be like this that's why he was chosen to fetch this guy. "Since you are only about to consolidate an alchemist license, you will be put in a simulation where you have the manipulation skills of the eight elements. The simulation will test you on how fast you can level up these skills. For the primary four elements; Earth, Water, Fire and Wind, you will be only given five minutes to level up the skill. For the secondary four elements; Light, Dark, Ice and Metal, you will only be given 10 minutes."
"Oh! So, that's how it is." After being enlightened, Lu Ciel felt weird with how easy the test is gonna be. Then, a wild thought crossed his mind, and to confirm it, he asked another question. "Since there is a license to become an Alchemist, does that mean that there is a special license for Alchemist as well?"
Hearing the question, Mo Del got surprised making him abruptly stop on his tracks as he looked at the young man beside him. Now that he thought about it, this human is indeed not simple according to what he learned from his affinity results.
With that, Mo Del continued walking and later on provided his answer after thinking that this young man might be able to qualify for the special license. "There is indeed a special license for Alchemist. To qualify for this one, you need to level up the primary elements within two minutes and level up the secondary elements under five minutes."
Hearing this, Lu Ciel's eyes lit up with full of hope. According to his experience, he was able to level up the fire and water manipulation skill from 0 to 1 within two minutes while he was able to level up the dark manipulation within four minutes. If this is how the Alchemy Exam will be, then he is confident with acing the test.
