"Eh?" The merchant was baffled with what happened. He can't tell whether he was losing out on the deal or not.
"Young master!" Bogart excitedly called out. "Check this out!"
The lady cleared the other skill books away on the table leaving the only skill books that Bogart have chosen.
Lu Ciel sat on the other side of the table and checked the skill books that Bogart have chosen. The four active skills that were chosen:
SHIELD'S ROAR [Rare]
TYPE: Active
REQUIREMENT:
• Tank Class
• Shield
DESCRIPTION:
• By slamming the shield with another weapon. The sound of the shield confuses the level [1-20] enemies to be attracted to the skill caster for [2-20] minutes.
• The louder the sound of the shield, the larger the AOE.
SHIELD BASH [Rare]
TYPE: Active
REQUIREMENT:
• Tank or Fighter Class
• Shield
DESCRIPTION:
• [2-6] seconds stun to level [1-20] enemies for [1-10] minutes.
• Stun effect do not stack.
"These are nice!" Lu Ciel complimented as he nodded in approval with the chosen skill.
"Right? Right?!" Bogart can't help but exclaim in joy.
Lu Ciel can't help but chuckle at Bogart's expression as he checked the other skills. He was like a kid that was given a candy, though with a mustache.
HAMMER WAVE [Rare]
TYPE: Active
REQUIREMENT: Hammer
DESCRIPTION:
• [x1.5] damage to level [1-20] enemies
• [2-6] seconds stun to level [1-20] enemies within [6-12] meters AOE
HAMMERRICANE [Rare]
TYPE: Active
REQUIREMENT:
• Tank
• Hammer
DESCRIPTION:
• A vortex of [4-6] meters AOE will be created as the caster spin with the hammer. The vortex will slow down and suck level [1-20] enemies within the range of the skill.
• [3] multiple chain damage.
"What amazing skills!" Lu Ciel can't help but sigh in admiration for the skills chosen.
"The combination of skills is perfect, am I right?" Mi Zelle complimented for outdoing herself.
"Thank you, Mi Zelle." Lu Ciel smiled as he nodded in acknowledgement.
SHIELD IMPACT [Rare]
TYPE: Passive
REQUIREMENT:
• Tank
• Shield
DESCRIPTION:
• [8%] return damage to level [1-20] enemies
• [+2] Defense per [10] damaged equipment durability
GUARDIAN'S HEART [Rare]
TYPE: Passive
REQUIREMENT:
• Tank
DESCRIPTION:
• [+2] Defense per [200] damaged HP
• [+2] HP per second regeneration during combat and [+22] HP per second regeneration during non-combat
"Well.." Lu Ciel can't help but sigh in joy as he looked at the two in front of him. "I'm looking forward on how you'll be putting these great skills into good use, Bogart."
"Yes!" Bogart nodded as he solemnly pound his chest. "I swear I won't let you down, young master."
"Thank you." Lu Ciel smiled in acknowledgement and looked at the approaching merchant right after, pointing to the skill books on the table. "We'll take these."
The merchant could only sigh in defeat as he complied with the young man in front of him. Though he did not lose out on the deal that they made, he was not able to maximize the profit that he should be acquiring.
Silence means yes. Bogart collected the skill books and placed them in his Inventory right away. Seeing that the merchant did not stop him made him even more happier.
"Alright." Seeing that Bogart have already collected the skill books, Lu Ciel look at the merchant once more in an inquiring manner. "Shall we move with your armory?"
Hearing that the young man wanting to shop for more, the merchant's eyes sparkled in delight. It's his time to shine to gain more profit.
"Mei-mei." The merchant clapped his hands. "Go bring out the best armor sets that we have for sir Bogart to choose."
"Right away." The lady, Mei-mei, nodded her head in compliance.
After a moment, Mei-mei got back with a long trolley that display three different armor sets. Seeing the three armor sets, Mi Zelle can't help but whistle in amazement as she commented, "Nice armor sets you have here!"
"Haha!" The merchant can't help but be proud. "Thank you, lady Mi Zelle."
After setting up the three armor sets in front of them by Mei-mei, she began introducing to the three as she pointed at the black armor set first. "This is the Dark Warrior Set. Though it is an armor set for Tank users, its attribute is more inclined to Assassin class due to the Agility it provides"
"Hmm.." Lu Ciel looked at the black armor set as he pondered over. "What do you think, Mi Zelle?"
"Not compatible with the chosen skills." Mi Zelle gave her verdict right away.
Hearing this, the merchant could only laughed wryly. He looked at Mei-mei signaling to proceeded on introducing the other two armor set. "The second one is the Knight Armor Set. It has a balance attribute between Defense, Strength and Agility."
Hearing this, Lu Ciel looked at Mi Zelle to provide her insight. "Hmm..it's okay, I guess..do you have any armors that focuses on Defense and Vitality?"
"If that's what you're looking for, then the third set would be the best suited to your needs." Mei-mei nodded as she acknowledged what Mi Zelle was looking. "The third set is the Guardian Armor Set which provides additional 10 Stats to Defense and Vitality each. You can say that this is a peak-grade rare armor set."
"How much is it?" Mi Zelle asked as she stood up to check the the armor set on her own.
GUARDIAN ARMOR SET [Rare]
REQUIREMENTS:
• Tank or Fighter
• 30 Defense and above
• 30 Vitality and above
DESCRIPTION:
• +10 Defense
• +10 Vitality
"That will be five spirit crystal." The merchant replied on Mei-mei stead. "However, as you are valued a customer here, lady Mi Zelle, I'll give it to you for four spirit crystals and 50 spirit stones."
Hearing this, Mi Zelle replied as she nodded towards Lu Ciel. "This is better."
"We'll take this then." Lu Ciel nodded in approval as he signal Bogart to collect the Guardian Armor Set.
"Thank you so much, young master." Bogart bowed in respect and gratitude as he approached to collect the equipment.
"Do you have other equipments that's based on Defense and Vitality?" Mi Zelle asked so that they could get straight to the point.
"I apologize, lady Mi Zelle as we only have one stock left that has the kind of attributes that you're looking for." The merchant bowed in apology as he looked at Mei-mei saying, "Bring out the Gladiator Shield."
"Right away." Mi Zelle left the group once more with the trolley of the armor sets and went again to the, possibly, stock room.
After a moment, Mi Zelle came back with another trolley. Placed on it was a big golden round shield that looked like a cymbals. If it's not for its thickness, it could really be considered as a musical instrument.
"What a simple shield!" Mi Zelle can't help but exclaim as she muttered right after. "Yet at the same time, it looks peculiar."
Mi Zelle approached the shield. Checking on its structure and durability by touching the surfaces of the shield and knocking it with her hand, her eyes sparkled as she can't help but be amazed at the sound that it produces.
GLADIATOR SHIELD [Rare]
REQUIREMENTS:
• Tank
• 25 Defense and above
DESCRIPTION:
• +3 Defense
• +2 Vitality
"Well isn't this perfect for you Shield's roar?" Mi Zelle looked at Bogart, smirking, as she took out a weapon and slammed it to the shield.

A loud ringing and vibrating sounded all over the third floor. Lu Ciel and Bogart's eyes immediately widened in understanding.
"We'll take it!" Lu Ciel exclaimed.
"That will be one spirit crystal." The merchant's smile widened as Lu Ciel took out a milky white crystal right away.
"So for the weapon..?" Lu Ciel inquired.
"I have a recommendation for you, young sir!" The merchant's eyes lit up in excitement. "Mei-mei bring out the Sabertusk Hammer!"
"Could it be?!" After hearing the name of the weapon, Mi Zelle got excited. "Merchant Mo!"
"Oh?" From Mi Zelle's reaction, Bogart can't help but get intrigued with the hammer.
"That's right, lady Mi Zelle." The merchant looked at Mi Zelle, proudly smiling as he nodded in confirmation.
"What's with the excitement all about?" Bogart can't help but be curious with the reaction of the two.
Seeing that Mei-mei was already approaching with a fang-shaped hammer that about the size of Bogart placed in another trolley, the merchant looked at Bogart as he proudly said, "Why don't you take a look at it for yourself?"
As Mei-mei placed the weapon for them to see, Bogart checked the hammer's information.
SABERTUSK HAMMER [Epic]
REQUIREMENTS:
• Tank or Fighter
• 30 Defense and above
• 30 Strength and above
DESCRIPTION:
• +4 Luck
• +5 Defense
• +6 Strength
"It's nice, indeed." Lu Ciel nodded as he looked at the merchant. "How much is this?"
"The price of an epic item is always ten spirit crystals and above. The Sabertusk is a low-grade epic rank weapon. I will sell this for you for only eleven spirit crystals and eleven spirit stones." The merchant explained.
Hearing the price of the hammer, Lu Ciel pondered, looking at the merchant. "Is this the best weapon that you have here."
The merchant can't help but laugh wryly after hearing what Lu Ciel asked. He wants to curse this lad for looking down on his weaponry but of course, being nice always to the custimer is a key to a successful business. "For dungeon beginners, yes."
"I see." Lu Ciel nodded in understanding as he took out spirit crystals and stones to pay for the . "We'll take it then."
"Thank you, young sir." The merchant happily bowed as they processed their transaction. "Is there anything else I can help you with?"
"I guess we're done here." Lu Ciel replied as all the things needed for Bogart have been met. Lu Ciel looked at his companions. "Are we good to go?"
"Oh, lady Mi Zelle." The merchant called out the buffed woman. "I almost forgot to tell you the equipment that you've been waiting for awhile."
Hearing this, Mi Zelle can't help but be excited once more. "Is it out already?"
"Yes." The merchant happily nodded in confirmation. "We have twelve stocks of this at the moment."
"Let me see. Let me see!" Mi Zelle urged the merchant to bring out the good stuff.
Seeing the excited expression of Mi Zelle, the merchant can't help but chuckle as he took out a shirt made of linked tiny silver chains and handed it over to her.
"This is amazing!" Mi Zelle exclaimed as she caressed the metallic fabric of the shirt.
Though it is made of silver, seeing a simple shirt design like the ones back in Earth, Lu Ciel was intrigued to find one in this kind of world where the clothing style is totally different. "May I take a look at that?"
"Here." Mi Zelle handed the silver made shirt over to Lu Ciel as she hooked her arm to his. "Can you buy this one for me?"
