End of the world

Nozomu and the others were able to get to the school after 30 mins of travel by air. They saw a military personnel barking orders for evacuation. Rei and Takashi were able to find their parents quickly because they were assisting the evacuation. Nozomu told the others except Saeko to go with the group. They protested but he said they should be with their family. He then told Khota that his parents were saved by his people and they were with the mother of Saya who is managing one of the ships out in the sea.

After the evacuation of the civilians and other military personnel. The people that were left defend when the horde came while moving back to Takagi manor. Along the way, they met the fortress that looks like a worm with guns attached to the side that aided them to kill the horde. When they came back to the manor. The wall of the 1st and 2nd line of defense already crumbled but the threat was already neutralized with acceptable casualties that were already foreseen.

After a year of stabilizing the nearby area around the Takagi manor. Nozomu and Saeko visit her grandfather which told them to give him a great-grandchild before he pass on that will make him happy. They both only looked at each other than said to the grandfather that they can only try.

They manage to make Saeko pregnant after two months, not including the time they spent in the time chamber. And after nine months, their baby boy was born. Saeko and Nozomu stay for 30 years to look after their son and in this time, they already manage to win back half the country from the undead. After that, they mostly stayed in the time chamber to train Saeko and charge the mark for a couple of years. Layla said that for every new companion that will travel with him. They would need to regress to their baby self for the next world so that the body can adjust to the connection that is needed to travel with him. She also said that the person will be able to remember their past lives at the age of four.
