A few days later, Sirzechs showed up to ORC to say that he will be here for the meeting of three factions and the open house where their parents will see them studying.

At this time, Sirzech ordered Rias to show her other bishop, Gasper, to the others.

Two days after the open house, the meeting of three factions will begin. Sirzech, Michael, and Azazel will represent their corresponding faction. Vali and Issei were also included for being wielders of two dragons.

Azazel then proposed peace between factions and also ask the two dragons what they thought of it.

While they were having peace talks, the time stops around them but Rias was able to hold Issei at the last unexpected minute so she was spared with the time stop. The other people other than the two dragons and the three leaders who were not affected were Kiba, Irina, and Xenovia because they were protected by their holy swords.

But before they could make their move. The time stop suddenly disappears.

Michael: "What happened?"

Azazel: "I think it's one of your people Michael." *looking at the two people in the sky with light wings*

The others also looked outside and see that many people were being separated by faction and they were also people in robes. but they were restrained by chains.

Asia: "Those were..."

Issei: "We didn't get their names even though we met them several times."

The ORC then and the others went outside to see what was happening. They were much concerned for the people in robes because they identify these people as mages but not from any faction of the three.

Sirzechs: "What is happening here?"

???: "Why don't you ask little Vali over there."

Vali was now being chained just like the mages.

???: "Just interrogate him. As for this mages."

The mages were now turning into angels but that has similar wing characteristics as the two "angels" that showed up. A waving light wings. Their head has metallic helmets and their face was also being covered by darkness. Once the process was done, a group of these "angels" was standing in formation.

Azazel: "Can somebody explain to me what is happening?"

???: "It's simple, little bird. Vali is a traitor and part of the Khaos Brigade. Though his goal is to kill his grandfather Rizevim Lucifer but you already know that little bird. The mages who were turned into "angels" were also part of the group"

Michael: "Angels? But they don't look like one."

???: "Because they are not, I created them to protect Asia."

The female "angel" went towards Asia and made her hood disappear. The appearance that they were seeing now is very familiar to the ORC.

Asia: "Miss Kazuna? You're the angel?"

Kazuna(Xiao Ning'er) hugs Asia before disappearing from the DXD world.

R: "If that is your decision."

Ning'er then entered the time chamber to sleep the rest of the travels.

Raizen then appears in a grass field then he uses his power to survey this planet and was surprised by what he learned.

R: "How long until it opens?"

Layla: "A month"

R: "Good... For now, I will live as a mercenary until it opens."

Raizen made a reputation in this world as a great mercenary but he does not take jobs from the empire and corrupt officials. The last person that did so disappear with a note saying: "The same stupid person that will try to kill me will suffer the same fate.

The note was discovered in the middle of a crater that was supposed to be the place of the official's residence. The empire tried to hunt down this mercenary but they only get the heads of their subordinates on their dinner plate. In the end, the empire did not continue getting on the bad side of this mercenary but they know that he is roaming these lands.

The empire then readied its army to march to the holy ground and get resources from it.

A week later, there are reports of failure from the army that went to the holy ground and a new enemy from that place emerge. These "men in green" devastated the army of the empire so now the alliance's army is being established.

But the alliance also suffered the same defeat as the empire's army.

Now the holy ground was being fortified by these "men in green" while propaganda against these people was being done across the empire and its vassal states.

At the holy ground or what is commonly known as "Alnus Hill". A base was being made by the "men in green" and a perimeter is being established around the hill.

In another part of the land, a person is chasing a red dragon on foot while it was flying in the sky.

??: "I was already too late when I heard that an elf village was destroyed by this dragon."

??: [What would you do about the dragon?]

??: "I'll cross that bridge when I get there. For now, I will just follow it because I can't tell when it will come to cross with the JSDF after I turn off most of my powers. Now I'm just at Meteor Stage equivalent strength."

??: [You just created your Origin though making it to nine parts eludes me.]

??: "I was having a theory that if Qin Yu created one cosmos from one origin then with me having nine origins will also make nine cosmos. Not only that, I would need to create thirty-six lower types of cosmos to stabilize these nine sub cosmos. Though I didn't think it will happen. I was expecting more of a pyramid with one primary cosmos and a lot of sub cosmos."

Raizen, who was talking to Layla, sighs and continues following the dragon.

It was already afternoon two days later when the dragon stops at a group of carriages and three green vehicles. The three vehicles separated from the wagons and men in green started firing at the flame dragon. Rory Mercury also engaged the dragon with the men in green. Before they could fire their RPG, a silhouette was going towards the dragon and cutting its left hand. The dragon who was in pain flies of somewhere to the relief of the people.

Rory then dashed towards the silhouette and tried to hit it with her giant halberd but the weapon was stopped by the hand of the silhouette.

??: "It's good to see you again little Rory."

The three vehicles came close to the silhouette to get a closer look but when the two girls see the person, they almost fainted after seeing the person's face. The guys were not spare and were currently blushing. When the person saw this, he quickly cover his face with a hood then the rest got out from the trance they were in.

??: "I didn't know a face can be that beautiful."

??: "Stop looking at my face. I always hid this face of mine to not cause trouble but miss Rory blow away the cover. Sorry about that.

??: "I want to see it again, please?"

??: "Kuribayashi stop it."

Kuri: "But not every time would I see someone so beautiful. He might even pass as a girl model if dress up nicely."

??: "Enough, this person helps us with the dragon so might as well not bother him with unrelated things. *looking at the guy who helped them* Sorry about that. I am Itami."

Some gods tried to make him one but he always declines and because they couldn't kill him, they left him alone, for now.

The group of refugees still separated even if no one perished from the attack. Itami was forced to take the remaining people back to Alnus Hill and report about it and the dragon. Raizen suggested that he will provide the information about the dragon if Itami will tell his superiors about it.

??: "Itami, why did you bring a native with you while reporting?"

R: "This native can understand you without translations and can give you information about the dragon that the group of Itami encountered."

S1: "How is that possible? We just made our first contact with the native just this week."

R: "My talent. Anyway, I can only say that the dragon's timing of waking up is not natural. It was supposed to wake up after forty more years."

R: "The people in this world can not open a portal between two worlds because the energy it would need is massive. Not even their apostles can do it. The apostle's job is to destroy parasites coming to this world. Though this was just a theory for most scholars."

S1: "Is that all?"

R: "Yes, at the moment."

S1: "How about the story where you cleave the arm of the dragon cleanly?"

R: "It's magic."

S1: "I want a demonstration, we will pay you for it. You're a mercenary, right?"

R: "Ok, I will do it. I also want to test myself against the weapon that decimated the Imperial army and the alliance's army."
