MISS-UNDERSTANDING

When Melody came out of the bathroom after getting freshened up, she told both of them to sit down as she needed to discuss certain things.

Melody turned to look at Joey but pointing towards Lyrical she sternly instructed, "I don't think we should involve her in this event anymore. Lyrical needs rest so she can recover faster. With all these wounds, she won't be able to host the event with you. I'll send somebody else from the office tomorrow to help you out."

Lyrical folded her hand across her chest and sighed, not looking at her boss. "What? Do you not agree with me?" Melody challenged and glared at Lyrical, who was deliberately avoiding her.

"I believe I have the right to make this call, and I don't think I disagree with Melody. You need rest, instead of stressing yourself with work, dear." Joey said in agreement with Melody's opinion.

Lyrical did not reply, neither did she look at them and kept sulking, seated in one corner of the room.
