My First And Only

I felt a strong aura coming from the palace. We weren't far away from Celest's palace, so we were able to feel it directly. It was a familiar aura. The emperor of the Puscular empire was here.  


"Get everyone and hide inside the garden. Cross will be in charge until we get back. Protect Celyce until we get back." Cera gave out orders, but it seemed more like she was telling Mandy. 


I wasn't against this order, but I was also not for it. Leaving the protection of Celyce to a demon sounds secure and insecure at the same time. We still didn't know what Mandy was capable of and if this was an all-out attack from the empire, then one of us would have to come back and protect them.  


"No. We're both going to Celest. Viv can take care of herself." Cera denied my plan. 


I gave a hug to Celyce before leaving and she looked a bit scared. 


"We'll be back soon. Stay here with everyone." I told her as I rubbed Mandy's flower on her hair.
