Chapter 3: Betrayal

"Komo can you stay here for a while, I have something I need to see" asked Blank

"Huh? Oh uh yeah sure" responded Komo

Blank walked to an empty alleyway, after making sure that no one was nearby, Blank said

"Shiryu I know you're there"

Shiryu seemingly appeared out of nowhere

"I still don't understand how you know where I am even when I'm invisible, any ways I found out the base of operations for the Revolutionary Army" said Shiryu

"And where would that be, because I didn't find anything here in Dresrosa" responded Blank

"You aren't coming, your mission is to find a coliseum and take the devil fruit they offer, it is an unknown fruit but we don't really care about it so do whatever you want just don't forget your main mission" responded Shiryu

Shiryu left, after making sure he left Blank started making his way back to the ship, but he saw Komo near the alleyway

"H-hey Blank was that... d-do you work for them?" asked Komo with tears forming near her eyes "I thought I could trust you but you were just using me... Why? What's so important that you had to betray me like this?"

"You... You don't know anything about me!" responded Blank "What can you do to help me regain the trust and faith I had about being free? It's impossible for me to go back to a normal life, not after what happened back when I was a child"

"No I can't help you with anything, after all you betrayed me. You are nothing more than a monster" said Komo "I thought that by going with you I could get revenge on a group of pirates for terrorizing my hometown, but no you are just like them. All pirates are nothing but scumbags"

Blank was in disbelief. Komo had gone through something so similar yet so different. He thought for a long time and then broke out into tears. His devil fruit reacted to this sudden outburst of emotions and started swallowing everything near him
