Special Episode (X)

Louie felt his body sinking deep into the ocean. As he shook his head away, he turned to his car's hood and kicked the tires. It's so hard he doesn't know how his feet recovered from the pain. He saw Friya's car headlights disappeared around the corner.

Her vision blurred. The tears took a little time to escape from her lids. She never wanted tears in her car, but it's what happened. Swerving her car in the highway's corner, she didn't care if she ran the red light. Friya would have guessed how much she would have to pay for the ticket's price.

Friya wanted to have some time to think of, to clear her mind, but the things happening around her won't let her. It's like she's trapped, the shackles on her wrist, the blood oozing out how tight those metals were. Friya wanted to stop, to halt in the tracks of her car's driveway, but she didn't do it.

She raced to the endless highway, running the red light.
