Sorry, I Have To Go

"You have the right to remain silent. Whatever you say can and will be used for you in court. You have the right to be accompanied by a lawyer. If you can't pay for it, we will prepare it for you."

Carolina nodded as one of the men began to recite Miranda's rights. She previously knew about this right. That was the reason she chose to be arrested, rather than run away.

"Can uncle not handcuff me? I will cooperate and will not run away, really!" Carolina said quietly as the man reading Miranda's rights earlier pulled out a handcuff.

She had already thought that she would definitely be arrested today, but she had no idea they would come so soon to arrest her, even though there was still one more course she needed to attend this afternoon for the exam.

The other man who was mostly silent, put his hand over the hand of the man holding the handcuffs not to do so.

"Thank you, uncle," Carolina said with a smile.
