He then took Ye Jin's cellphone and looked at the screen showing his family registration. 

As Ye Jin said, on the family registration he is still included in his parents' family registration and his status is single.

It was absolutely impossible because he had a family registration with the status of being married and his parents had renewed their family registration after he got married. 

"What exactly happened? Did Ye Jin get my old family registration? But it seems impossible," thought Ethan who was confused by what happened. 

Ye Jin smiled when she saw the surprised Ethan. 

"See? I already knew that it was just pretending. If oppa really needs a woman to act as oppa's wife, I'm willing to do it, even though it was fake at first, I'm sure oppa will eventually love me. I'm confident," said Ye Jin gently.
